Very cute, comfortable space. Did not realize it was duplex style set up with other parties prior to booking, but it wasnt an issue.

Very nice duplex unit

Duplex unit was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The host was also very communicative and helpful. Our only problem was VRBO listing a duplex unit as an "entire home." The host does mention that it's a duplex in a paragraph but that information is way down at the bottom of the listing on the app and very easy to miss. When we rent, we try to avoid multi-unit rentals and thought we had the home to ourselves. So, it was a bit of a surprise when we arrived to find people staying above us.

Perfect spot

We walked to trails. We drove a short way to other trails. Downtown was a short drive for eating and shopping. It was so perfectly located. Our stay in Mankato was comfortable and so enjoyable!

Perfect spot

Stayed for a week with my family, kids age 2 and 6. It was clean, comfortable, and a great size for a short stay. Good location in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from host.
