We were disappointed in poor timeliness of roomservice. We checked in on Friday, and there was no service provided until Monday. There was never any soap in the dispenser. The remote control for the tv was intermitent, at best. Not a perfect experience.

There was one lady who worked at the front desk named Hardeepk she was the only one there actually doing her job working her butt off to keep the hotel running, the rest of the staff honestly wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, we found glass in the hot tub, our room wasn’t even made up properly when asked for room service, I found this hotel very outdated and the staff overall not the best, however the lady who checked us in and worked over night alone deserves a raise

Fist impression was excellent rooms, clan and comfortable beds. Nice little kitchenette in the room. My rating dropped for two reasons. The fist is the insulation between floors is nonexistent. I've never heard my upstairs neighbours so much in a hotel before. Also, a fire alarm in the hallway was low batteries beeping around 4AM and no one took care of it.
