We booked this property for a family vacation. The location and amenities did not disappoint. A small inconvenience with the A/C unit, but the manager was quick to respond for service. A nearby boat ramp for access and a very short run to the dock made keeping the boat there super easy.

We've stayed here twice and have loved it. House is amazing and in a great location. Family loved spending time on the dock catching fish and playing in sand. Alot of great local restaurants and attractions. We'll definitely be back!

Rooney Family Keys Vacation 2022

Great location and access to Gulf. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. House was spacious and clean. An onsite canopy that could be set up over a portion of the pool to keep it a little cooler during the day would be great. Thanks Jack for all your help!!

Great Home and area

This home was located on the water and we rented a boat and stayed in the water all day. Enjoyed the pool at night. Very quiet area and all people in the neighborhood were super nice! Jack was awesome!

Unit 6 - Fanta Sea - Misrepresented on VRBO and Keys Cove!!

Let me start by saying, the location and the house is nice (albeit Unit number 6 is not exactly what is portrayed online) Fully appointed, clean, updated, and fresh furnishings. Everything you need is included with ample indoor and outdoor space for a large family. Having the boat dock available for a boat is a big plus. However, there is some major misrepresented information. Many of the gallery pictures noted for Unit 6 are NOT pictures from the vantage point of Unit 6, but rather Unit 7 which seems to be their “model home” for stock pictures. As example – the view from the pool posted for Unit 6 is a picture taken from Unit 7. It appears that the unit number that is prominent on the exterior of all the units is erased in one of the gallery pictures for Unit 6 (on their website). Unit 6 is the last waterfront unit next to the Courtyard overlooking the drainage area and is NOT as represented sitting in front of the beach area and dock walk path. Since Unit 6 is next to the Courtyard, the hotel rooms that face Unit 6 can watch you in your pool, sitting on your deck etc. Also, if you view the option of units and click on the individual links of that specific unit, the picture gallery of their individual units is misleading showing pictures from Unit 7. And there is no disclaimer that, in fact, this is NOT Unit 6. Additionally, in the description (picture) is that the pool is “Heated and Chilled Pool”. In all actuality, the pool has a heater, there is no Pool Chiller (which is a legit system). When asked the property management about the Chilled Pool – I was told “the heater is off south florida is just hot”. Advertising for a heated AND chilled pool tells me you can actually chill the pool, not just turn off the heater. And lastly, the issue that tops everything else stated above is that we were overcharged based on our VRBO quote and final folio. I have taken this up with both property management and VRBO. Both claim I need to resolve with the other party. Although in full transparency, property management did offer a credit for a future stay.. The overcharge that was not resolved combined with subtle misrepresentation would give me pause to stay again.

Fantastic family waterfront condo

We had such a great week at this Marathon condo! The pool was a highlight for the teens and adults. The views were beautiful and it was so close to great restaurant and tiki bars. We brought our 27’ fishing boat and the dock was perfect for our daily use. Lounge chairs on the beach was great and we enjoyed the kayaks every day. The condo was clean and decorated lovely. It slept the 10 of us great! We loved the neighborhood iguana and appreciated the communication with Jessica, she was fantastic! Highly recommend for a great family vaca :)

Unpleasant time

Unfortunately this home was infested with German cockroaches. We have stayed every year in the keys and never experienced anything like this. The home was overpriced for what it came with on top of not being cleaned well. I would not stay here again.

The house was fabulous very clean and in good condition. The manager Jessica was very responsive to all our needs the service was great. The area sites and restaurants were very good, just an hour drive to Key West. We’ll be back !

Jessica, the property manager, met us at the door when we arrived. She knew two of us were celebrating birthdays and we walked into balloons and a personalized birthday cake... such a fun surprise! House was clean, well stocked and nicely maintained. Can’t say enough about about the customer service and the view. Loved house #6.

Holiday Get Away

We had 7 adults stay between Christmas and New Years. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. It had everything we needed. We saw Laura almost daily and she replenished any items that we needed and even provided a bottle of Champagne for New Years. Jessieca was excellent in responding to any questions or suggestions prior to and during our entire stay. She even managed to supply perfect weather !! We Loved our stay in the Keys !

Great family vacation

The house was clean and was in a great location in Marathon. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths gave everyone plenty of room. The property manager met us on site and walked us through everything we needed to know including the boat dock - she was really fantastic responding to any question quickly throughout the process. Each house has their own pool and outdoor area plus we did use the Tiki area for larger gatherings and games. We rented 2 houses (#5 and #6) and when we checked in, we found out that only houses # 6-8 are truly waterfront with a direct view of the water - try to book those if you can. I highly recommend this property.
