Great location to Sombrero beach, located on a quiet street, the house is in good condition and was well stocked. Each bedroom has bathroom access and the pool was great. Michelle was very accommodating and had great communication.

This is a great property. We rented for 2 weeks and had friends and family come throughout the stay. Michelle was helpful and quick to respond to our every inquiry. The house is clean and well stocked with lots of room. At one point we had 10 adults staying and never once felt crowded. Poolside games made for a lot of fun. The rooftop sunset views were spectacular. The dock was great for our boat, and it was a quick trip out the channel. The location is awesome being right next to Sombrero Beach. I would definitely rent this home again when going to Marathon.

50th Anniversary Vacation with Family

Perfect Stay.Michelle is wonderful to communicate with, helpful all the way around, even with little things like letting us know about the traffic on the day we were leaving. The home is beautiful, very clean, very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and loved all the outdoor space including the huge rooftop area to watch the sunsets. Having a dock for the boat was great. Pool and deck were really nice, and with the covered area near by you could choose the sun or shade!Our teenage granddaughters loved having their own little suite down stairs! Sombrero Beach is so close we could walk to it any time to play beach volleyball, play on the playground, walk the beach or swim. We loved it all!

Great House

What a great property. Very nice neighborhood within walking distance to Sombrero beach park. The house was clean,spacious, and had great amenities. The rooftop hangout area and pool were beautiful. Plenty of parking and great bedroom layout. We cooked almost every night in the well stocked kitchen. One of our favorites.

The perfect family spring break

Our family of 10 (1 grandparent, 3 parents, 1 teen and 5 children 3 - 10 had a fantastic spring break at this property in Marathon. There were plenty of beds and baths for everyone, the kitchen/living area accommodated everyone nicely and the pool was a HUGE hit ! The buggy came in handy to go to the beach (which is a very, very short walk) and we even used the kayaks. Communication with Michelle was fast and efficient.We would not hesitate to stay here if we visit Marathon again in the future.

Great house, great location

This is an amazing property. The house was super clean, pool was great, house was way beyond nice and the location would be hard to beat - the beds were even super comfortable. Michelle is a great host and communication was great. We had a wonderful family vacation!!

Beautiful house in excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The house itself is extremely clean and has a wonderful living space/outdoor space. The location is extremely hard to beat in this area -- it is a 1-2 minute walk down to Sombrero beach and located right on the canal. The house was well stocked -- including pack n plays for the baby. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Keys!

Great vacation

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for our group of 9. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was nice since it was cooler in February. Owner kept the pool at 88 degrees. The spa went up to 103 degrees as well. Having a boat dock was great too. We did not get to go fishing but the large ice machine kept our beverage cooler cold and it was nice not having to buy ice everyday. The only thing I wish they would change is the 9:30 am check out time. We had to get up very early to get out on time.

2nd time around the Sun!

This is our second time in 3 years staying at this property. We would recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in marathon, with easy access to the sombrero beach, wonderful pool and dockage, first class interior finishes, and less than 5 minute boat ride to the ocean. We’ve stayed in several nice homes in this area over the years, but this particular property is the one we enjoy the most for all the reasons listed. Highly recommend you book you next vacation in this home!

Great stay for our family

The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and two kids under the age of 4. The house has everything needed including kids plates, cups, travel crib and high chair. The home is super clean and only a couple minutes walk from Sombrero beach. The pool and deck were perfect for swimming or just hanging out and the view from the roof is awesome. The home is within a few minutes drive to all the attractions in Marathon and Michelle was a great communicator and quickly answered all our questions.

Great week!

We had a blast! The house is beautiful and clean. We arrived to Jimmy Buffett playing on the tv and a carafe of ice cold water - such a nice touch. We had 6 adults and 6 kids, with plenty of room. The rooftop deck was excellent for sunrise, sunsets, and star gazing. The kids and adults loved kayaking in the canal, swimming in the pool and the short walk to Sombrero Beach. Michelle was great to work with and responded almost immediately to any question or need. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family getaway

The property is exactly as described. The property manager is very prompt with check in and with any of our needs while we were at the property. She also let us know about incoming severe weather and traffic delays. The property is a great location. Our kids really enjoyed being able to walk to Sombrero Beach, and swimming in the pool.

Beautiful House, Awesome Location

Spent a week here with a group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 5 to 17). There was more than enough room for everyone. The outdoor space is incredible! The pool and hot tub are large and there was plenty of room for all of us to swim and relax. We did a lot of fishing in the canal and caught fish along with some unexpected things like a pufferfish and an eel! We absolutely loved having the ability to just walk down the street to Sombrero beach. We would walk down with coffee to watch the sunrise and come back to make breakfast- it was a perfect way to start the day. We had everything we needed for a great stay, and definitely didn’t want to leave. Last but not least, Michelle is a fantastic host. She was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. Without a doubt the best host we’ve had at a vacation rental. Thanks for a great week!

Great stay in Marathon

Our group of 8 ages 13-76 enjoyed all aspects of our stay in Marathon. This house was the perfect place to enjoy the pool, walk or bike to Sombrero beach and enjoy fishing and bird watching off the dock. Michelle was excellent with communication. We felt well taken care of and appreciated her helpful tips. Our favorite things were spotting a nurse shark off the dock, biking Old 7 Mile bridge, catching little fish off the dock, swimming in the pool and sunrises/sunsets on the beautiful rooftop. Highly recommend Keys Fishery in Marathon and Lazy Daze in Islamorada for amazing seafood restaurants and views.
