This is an outstanding property. We rarely book the same property twice but this one is an exception. The location is great being right on the ocean and the views are outstanding. The property was clean, spacious and the hosts are great to work with. What more could you ask.

Amazing!

By far one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed at! The pictures do not do the property justice. Once you get to the house it feels like you are on your own private island. The view is absolutely incredible. The pool and hot tub are great. We loved the tiki hut. Everything you need is at the house, including pool noodles, fishing rods and board games. There are fans in each bedroom which was much appreciated. We had one minor issue with water temperature in the shower upstairs and it was taken care of immediately. If you bring a boat, there is plenty of room for trailer parking, but you have to back down the street as there is no room to turn around. Not a big deal, just be aware. Also the channel is shallow at low tide and is not super well marked so I would suggest arriving with the boat while it is still light out for the first time. We truly had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Incredible location with a wonderful property

Wowza where to start? The location is simply amazing. The house is so close to the ocean that sometimes when you’re inside on the couch you mistake it for being on a luxury boat! The home has been updated and is extremely clean, the furnishings are great, but it is the most stocked home I’ve stayed at. The pool area is amazing. The location is perfect due to being on the ocean in a quiet neighborhood and green space to the north. It is very close to a large grocery store and other amenities. Would definitely come back anytime. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Amazing Place!

This place was the topper to an amazing vacation. The house is very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub are exactly what you need to beat the sultry Marathon heat. The fishing from the dock area is the secret highlight of this property. We caught everything from Barracuda, shark, snook, and tarpon. Nonstop action. I highly recommend this property. Next time we go to the keys, we are definitly staying here again!

Stunning property

A stunning property! Just as beautiful as in the pictures. Gorgeous pool overlooking the open ocean. We paid extra to have it heated and did not regret it. The kids lived in it. They did not want to leave the property. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet and private. So many great hangout spots like the tiki hut. Enjoyed morning walks to Sombrero Beach every day. The grocery store is right around the corner. Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Our experience was 10 out of 10. We would love to go back!

Fabulous Family Fun & Spectacular Views. A Hidden Gem!

We enjoyed our week at Seascape Point. From the cleanliness of the house to check in, accuracy of the online representation to the responsiveness of the property manager, this was a dream vacation. We loved the privacy, yet we were within walking distance to Sombrero Beach, close to grocery shopping, restaurants, Crane Point, the Turtle Hospital, etc. The hot tub and pool were amazing, the spectacular views were ever-changing with the tides. Great area to enjoy the games provided. Fun time kayaking (rented), fishing & crabbing! And the bird watching was awesome! A must do.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape Point! The view was amazing! The house was perfect for our two families! It was clean and had just what we needed. Even had bug spray and sunburn gel :)) Althought we weren't far from other houses, we loved that it felt a little more private. We would like to come again!

Beautiful house!

The house is exactly as advertised-great amenities and pool/hot tub are nice. Dock was great for boat rental - water access was interrupted by sea grass but boat got us out away from that. Property manager was nice and responsive to questions. The two levels was not an issue for us traveling with two teens and grandparents.

Beautiful house, great location, super clean, perfect!

This house is gorgeous and very private. The views from were incredible. The house was very clean and had all the amenities one would need. My family fished off the dockside every day and night. The pool area is so beautiful. I loved spending time on the back deck with the beautiful glass railing. The owner Yeilany was very helpful. We would definitely go back here for another week.

Great spot, gorgeous views, slightly awkward layout

This house is in a beautiful, private spot on the water. Views are amazing, fishing off dock and kayaking were incredible. Kids caught snook, barracuda, mangrove snapper, Jack crevalle off dock; we saw tarpon and nurse sharks right under kayak. Pool is very nice, though a tiny bit small/shallow for older kids. It’s overall a great place, though a few things to be aware of. The 2 floor layout is awkward for families. My husband and I had to stay on separate floors to make sure kids with an adult since doors open to the road. Also, though the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no outdoor eating area, so all meals have to be eaten inside. Tiki hut would be a great spot for an outdoor dining table. Property manager very responsive. Overall a very good spot.

Outstanding Property!

This house is amazing. The views from all vistas were incredible. The location was private and quiet.The pool and hot tub was perfect. The Tiki hut was very comfortable with plenty of seating. We spend our early mornings and evenings on the second level deck, again very comfortable with great views. The house was well stocked and very clean. On our second day the host/property owner reached out to me to make sure everything was okay, and provided me with his cell number in the event we needed something, thankfully we didn't everything was perfect. We loved it so much we've book two weeks for next year.

Perfect oceanfront home

My sisters, brother, spouses and I all shared this beautiful home for 2 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is just as beautiful as the photos. The upper deck is a great spot to watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee. The kitchen is very well stocked with good quality appliances, tableware, glassware and anything you might possibly want to use. Sombrero Beach is a mile down the road. We rented a tandem Hobie kayak one afternoon which was great fun. We spent a lot of time by the pool, playing corn hole, and relaxing. It’s a great spot to escape winter. Our one suggestion: add a railing to get into the hot tub and pool. We moved the umbrella pole right next to the hot tub steps for something to hold onto.

best family trip

First off we would want to thank our hosts Yeliany and Evelio for being very kind and helpful. Only a couple of questions and their response was so quick. As for the house, it met our expectations and even more. Beautifully decorated, well set up and spacious for all 8 of us. Most beautiful views of the water and greatest sunrises. The location was so private with the preserve on one side and water in front. Felt like we were on our own private resort even though stores and restaurants were only a few minutes away. I truly would love to return one day. Thanks to our hosts once again

Absolutely Fantastic

I cannot say enough about the beauty of this home. Faces the ocean and there is a nature preserve next to it which makes it very private (and if anyone is a bird watcher, lots of amazing birds to watch!). The house is immaculate and has good amenities including a beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to the grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The host was fantastic - very communicative and even found something we left behind and let us know. Cannot wait for a return visit!

Great property, great house, great location!

If you think this property looks dope from the pictures, wait until you see it in person. The tiki hut, pool/hot tub, and view make for great outdoor hangs. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Yeilany reached out early on to make sure we had everything that we needed, and was quick to respond to our questions and needs. This house has all of the vibes of a slightly more remote location, but it's less than 5 minutes to two grocery stores and other amenities. This was my first visit to the Keys, and here's the advice I needed: be sure to bring your bug spray of choice for those less breezy days. The no-see-ums can be brutal! My only recommendation for the owners is to stock some sort of fan for the tiki hut area to deter the bugs when there isn't a lot of airflow. Highly recommend!
