We absolutely loved this home! The outdoor living space was a favorite for everyone in our group. Location was a huge plus, we were able to spend our days checking out both the northern keys & southern keys throughout our stay due to the central location. Overall, I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a mixture of fun & relaxation along with stunning views & plenty of space for all to hang out together as well as keep all age groups happy & comfortable. My family would absolutely choose this home in the future if we head back to Marathon!

Friends and Family getaway

Arriving at this home was very clean and spacious to accommodate our large group. There were a few issues. First the texting suggestion to reach out to management was not working and any of my messages were not getting through. Second there was an air handler that was leaking and overflowing causing the water to leak into the hallway. I reached out right away but was not responded to over the weekend stating there was problem with their system. Someone was to be sent out on Monday to check that along with the plumbing issue of one of the toilets not flushing very well and no cold water in the sink in the master bathroom. This was explained that when checked would require plumbers to come in and cut into walls so would wait until we checked out. By Tuesday evening the air handler was leaking even more. I reached out again but again messages were not getting through so we had a lot of soaked towels that I was washing. I noticed the next day the air handler was not running at all. I messaged again and stated that it was no longer working. A tech was sent out right away and fixed the unit properly and was not leaking after that. We loved the clean spaciousness of the home and had a nice time at the pool once we had requested the heat to be turned on since it was a little on the cold side. The game room was very nice but no chalk for the pool table, no usable darts and ping pong paddles falling apart. Just an FYI to help make next rental better.

Annual Keys Trip

We are 5 couples that travel together regularly. The Keys is one of our annual spots. This house looked like it had it all but fell short in several areas. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness were two of the biggest issues for us. The house is awesome as is the structure and layout of the house. Plenty of space! Not Worth the Price Point

Poorly maintained, 4 dead rats, grill did not work, poorly quipped kitchen, low water pressure in master, vertical blinds in most rooms missing critical slats. construction debris (Piles) in two locations. I suggest your read the review posted on February 25, 2024. My stay was August 10, 2024. The exact same issues still existed. Manager's response that they should have been contacted is ridiculous. These are all issues that should have been addressed prior to our arrival.

This house was absolutely beautiful. I truly loved staying here I found it a bit overused and not cared for. The master suite shower did not have a proper shower head. All the blinds had missing slats or you could not open them at all. The kitchen pots were all marked inside and could barely be used due the damage. Still, I would definitely come back again.

Great time with family despite a disappointing property

A huge property with plenty of room for our family to spread out and come together. Nice newer pool for the kids to enjoy. Kitchen nicely stocked. Overall, Lacked attention to detail. Vertical blinds not operating and slats missing. Garbage disposal not operating. Bedding just adequate, towels need replaced. Grill needs replaced. Leather furniture outside by the pool?? Bad idea. Pool table with only 2 sticks with tips, fooseball table broken, one dart for the dart board😂. Biggest drawback was the “Keys stench” from the weeds that gather and apparently do not get cleaned up. There is a type of barrier designed to help keep it away from the property but it appears to be broken/detached so therefore does not work. The smell kept us from enjoying outdoor dining the majority of time. For these reasons, and considering the luxury price, we would not stay at this property again.

Nothing Compares this House

Property is amazing. Clean Giant kitchen 15 barstools Enough room to park large cc boats, 165ft sea wall, power and water. Great pool The owners are super folks. The tiki at the end of sea wall is filled with sea life, eels, lobster, fish, tarpon, snook are all very close. Extremly private property. Plenty of room to park 2 3500 duallys and two 35ft trailers inside gates. Booked for next year. We have vrbod all over the keys and this by far is the real deal place to chill.

Beautiful New Pool Home

Perfect location at Vaca Cut for our family group of 9. Plenty of space and great views! Boat dock space is huge and easily accessible by dropping in your own boat at Grassy Key Marina. We were able to venture Gulf side for lobstering and Atlantic for diving and fishing. This house is spacious and yet comfortable!

Spring break excursion

The sea grass that accumulated on the private beach smelled so bad we had to call the property manager. They were quick to respond but two days of outdoor fun were unavailable to us because of workers clearing the grass which smelled so bad you could not be outside near it when the wind shifted. The beach area, pool and outdoor living space were unusable for a significant portion of the trip.
