Welcome to Sierra Blanca! Marbella's best located and most charming and elegant neighborhood! This beautiful oasis provides everything you can imagine for an uncompromising stay. Highest standard in best condition, cleanliness and comfort in a beautiful surrounding with ensuite bedrooms, new furniture, fast WIFI, soft bed linen, towels, air condition, a very well equipped kitchen, chimney, 8KTV, spring water, spa, fitness, hobby room, turkish bath, jacuzzi, outdoor showers and much more!
Lovely views, positive and generous atmosphere, charming incidence of light, palm trees, spa and sunshine. -The perfect place to have a holiday without compromises or to work remote!
With it's 170 square meters and two (ensuite) bedrooms is the apartment very generous. You will live surrounded by a 100 sqm private terrace with a garden line, many flowers and palm trees. You will have two large parking spaces (no. 13 and 14) which you can reach easily with the lift in front of your entrance door. You won't have to walk any stairs whilst your stay and have excess to all the private facilities, which are very well maintained. These include the community gardens, the library, the big outdoor pool with waterfall function, the sauna, the fitness studio, the indoor pool and the turkish bath.
From your private entrance you'll find access to the big living room, (the guest toilet), the kitchen with it's small extra room to do some laundry, to the two bedrooms with charming wood double beds, build in wardrobes and it's ensuite bathrooms. In every room you will have beautiful views to the gardens.
The mosaics of the typical mediterranean designed bathrooms with bidets, rain showers and jacuzzi are handmade designed in egyptian marble. Both bathrooms are equipped with a possibility to have a shower or a bath. In winter you can heat the floors, whilst you have air condition in every room room in summer. Fresh towels and carpets will be provided and bed linen made of 100% cotton. Behind linen curtains you'll find electric shutters in the two bedrooms.
The apartment is in best circumstance, freshly renovated and very neat. The fabrics are getting professional washed and the apartment gets professional (meeting the demands of the pandemic) cleaned.
The kitchen is fully equipped from mixer, toaster, Soda Stream to Broste Copenhagen dishes, champagne-, wine-, sparkling wine- and water glasses, jug to a dishwasher, ice compartment, microwave, French press, oven and everything else you think of to cook and prepare a beautiful breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can wash, dry and iron your clothes in a separate little room behind the kitchen. The two dinning tables (-one in the living room and one at the huge terrace) offer space for four persons.
A build in water filter system makes sure that you can drink the water in the whole apartment (and out of every tap!) in spring water quality. You won't need to carry bottles here because the filters are checked regularly, as the pool and community places.
In the living room you can enjoy the chimney and a big 8K flatscreen TV from the sofa. You will have access to fast internet every where, so this place is definitely a place to work dependable remote. You can connect yourself to the portable JBL-Box to listen to some music.
