The apartment Mandarino is at the ground floor of a block of flats in Procchio, nearby its sandy beach (about 250 mt), ideal for families with kids.
In the little village of Procchio you can find shops, supermarkets, bank and several restaurants, pizzerias, bar. The position of our apartments is quiet and convenient to reach the towns of Marciana Marina and Marina Di Campo, both far away about 6 km.
The long sandy beach is very comfortable and beautiful, with its golden sand and its crystal-clear sea; it is well organized with beach properties, bars, restaurants, diving and boat rents. With a beautiful walking on the sea shore, you can reach the beaches of Campo all’Aia and of La Guardiola.
Apartment Mandarino for 2/4 persons: one-room apartment of about 30 sqm at the ground floor of the building. It is composed by one single ample room with a small kitchenette, a double sofa bed and a double bed, TV and a bathroom with shower. The furniture is simple but well organized. Outside, there is a little balcony. The private parking place is nearby.

Arrivals: free stays, in August min. 7 nights. Check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: light, water, gas included. Final cleanings: € 75,00 (to pay at arrival). Bed linen and towels: not included. To bring or to rent on request, at € 20,00 for person for week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Caldo insopportabile, niente per refrigerare la stanza

Il caldo sofferto in questa struttura, data l'assenza di aria condizionata o sistema di areazione a soffitto ( pale) è stato intollerabile. Praticamente notti insonni.

Una casa senza investimenti da 40 anni !

Una cosa positiva, e vicini))) Vi aiutano risolvere tanti problemi che troverete durante soggiorno ! Una capsula di tempo da anni 70! Scordatevi di acqua calda, un massimo di 3-5 litri per tutti più cucina! Qualità-prezzo pessimo livello !

La casa è in una buona posizione. L'unico neo è la doccia che è veramente piccola per il resto tutto ciò che serve in una casa vacanza che si vive molto poco c,'è.
