Objekt ok

Abgelegen in Pinienwald. Dafür ruhig (und keine andern Mieter im Haus) Zufahrt sehr schlecht und nur mit 4 x 4 möglich. Zuerst praktisch kein warmes Wasser und Wasserdruck so niedrig, dass Duschen kaum möglich war. Nach Reklamation war aber der Klempner zwar innert 5 Minuten vor Ort, konnte das Problem aber nicht befriedigend lösen. Kommunikation mit Verwalter sehr gut. Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Aber schöner Sandstrand in Procchio.
