Located half way up a hill on an agricultural property called "Quinta de Gondomil", from where it takes its name, this house is set on the right bank of the river Douro, and has an extension of almost 200 metres facing it. It is a detached house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with a terrace which has a view over the Douro.

It is a stone built property from the 1940s and was the property owners´ home at one time, with architecture characteristic of the era and region. It was recently renovated and fitted with every commodity and comfort for rural tourism, such as central heating, a hearth, air conditioning etc.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Hintze Ribeiro Disaster Memorial. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available. The cottage includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.
