Excellent home close to the beach!

The layout of the home is beautiful and had everything we needed, including for the beach!! Pool and spa were heated perfectly. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Christmas Get-Away

Our 10-day stay from Christmas to New Years was all we had hoped it would be. Check in was easy and the house was clean and ready when we got there. We had plenty of room for our family and the grandkids enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool after our beach days. We cooked most of our meals in and found the kitchen to be well stocked. There were plenty of beach toys and beach towels. If you happen to be visiting when the Marco Island farmers market is being held, we would highly recommend a visit! Lots of great food and vegetable choices. The management company was quick to respond to any questions we had. This was our first visit to Marco but won't be our last!

Making Memories in Marco

This house was exactly what we had hoped for. We were two families with four adults and four kids. Everyone comfortably had their own space. The house is clean and well stocked. It is conveniently located near multiple restaurants. We rented a golf cart and were a short ride from both South Marco Beach and Tigertail. The sunsets were incredible! We look forward to returning to this beautiful island in the future.

Swimming pool and hot tub never reached temperatures listed. Called local contact and a person was sent over but had limited ability and left saving it would warm up overnight but never did. Could not accommodate our party of nine. The 3rd bed in Twins is a trundle and occupied complete area between twins and pull-out bed in living room meant that those people would need to be the last in bed and the first to get up. Not good for a vacation. Needd to rent a motel room to fill the gap. Hard to share master bath so 5 people had to share1bathroom.Usually would find board games and information material in property, nothing but old real estate listings. Stove top was a guessing game as setting numbers were partially worn off or unreadable. Instructions provided for operating TV were in error, but teenagers got it working. Unit does not come close to owner requested score of 5 and needs major changes. Property is oversold and overpriced for current condition.

Listing needs to be updated for accuracy!

NOT. A. 5⭐️.HOME!!! No internet/TV for the whole week. Owner tried his best to get it reinstalled but with no luck. NO. BEACH. ACCESS!!!! According to past reviews the home owner had beach access but due to new ownership of the beachfront property, access has been denied. The closest WALKING access is 1.5 miles! No washcloths. Had to go buy our own. Sheets and pillows also need to be updated. Coffee table in the living room is about to fall apart, as it is super rickety. One of the dining room chairs is also about to beak. Bar stools needed at the bar. Issues with the “hot tub” which never gets hot, only lukewarm. Kitchen is VERY poorly stocked with basic necessities. One baking sheet that looks like it is 100 years old. No casserole dishes, mixing bowls, Pyrex, etc. Pots and pans are in really bad shape. Made cooking for Thanksgiving less than ideal. Hall bathroom shower water trickles out and drain is stopped up. Extremely mildewed and needs a good scrubbing. Towel bar not even attached to the wall. In 4th bedroom, ceiling fan looks and sounds like it is about to fall down. Needs a very deep cleaning!! Potential to be Five Star but right now it is Three Star at best.

Exactly what needed

As we had family visiting from Spain, she wanted to stay somewhere close to the beach. I made a great pick in selecting this home. It was exactly what we wanted as a family gathering. The rooms were great, the kitchen was well equipped. Would come back next time we want to visit Marco Island.

5 stars stay

We loved this house. Amazing house, plenty of space, kids really enjoyed. Beach access was not that far and the bike ride was a blast. Marco Island is a beautiful town. Publix was 5 min away, very convenient! Pool and jacuzzi were super fast to get warm/hot. Host was available 24/7 and very friendly. I recommend this house and their hosts 100%.

Beautiful House with a Beautiful Pool! But….

The house itself is GORGEOUS!!! The pool and hot tub were perfect! The location of the house was also perfect!!! The house definitely needs way more pool towels and shower towels. There wasn’t enough for all of us. Also the The description on the original post said that the room with two single beds had a rollaway bed, when in reality, it was a trundle that rolled out from underneath the single bed. So one guest had to sleep on that which was basically sleeping on the floor. Also, the bedroom that is listed as having a queen bed, seemed smaller than a queen and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The bikes are not the same as show in the picture on the listing. The were good bikes but not what was pictured. The dishwasher started to produce smoke on the last day. The sheets and blankets need some serious updating, they were all small and paper thin and not a lot in stock. Other than that, we had a great time! The house is perfectly located near shops and places to eat! And the beach was easy to bike to for the kids!!!

Fun in the sun

The property was nice and we’ll maintained. Kitchen was user friendly, AC worked good, lots of variety if TV is your thing. Clean pool area. Pool was warm with afternoon sun. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer were handy. The dryer is very loud but we just closed the door. Overall, very good. Two things I would change : better stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils and upgrade towels a bit. The dumpsters are loud when they get picked up about 6. But so what - that’s the location and you just get used to it. We had an issue with the spa heat that was addressed within 12 hours.

Beautiful home and neighborhood.

We were surprised pulling into this nice neighborhood that the grass had not been cut it appeared in week at this home.. We immediately got a hold of the property manager and by the next day on a Sunday it was taken care of. The home itself is beautiful and well-maintained. My only recommendation would be to get some decent pans that are not the scratched up Teflon. The location is very convenient and walking distance to many things. Although you can’t see the alley behind the house there are garbage trucks that come very early in the morning that can disrupt sleep. For the bedrooms facing that way I would recommend some fans to help drown out that noise. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Located Behind Businesses

Nice property except there is a back alley behind the home. This alley is located directly behind several businesses including various restaurants. Dumpsters are empties every morning except on Sunday around 6:00AM and is very loud. Food service trucks also come through the alley and are loud. Other than that, the home is adequate and the pool and spa were nice.

Great place for a family vacation

Overall a very nice place with a good location to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our group of 9 had plenty of room to do family activities together or to find some space for some alone time. The beaches were a bit of a walk (20-25 minutes) but well worth it as Marco Island beaches are huge! We could have driven and been reimbursed for parking, but choose to get our steps in instead. The house is not brand new, but well kept and clean. As with any rental home, there will be minor issues that one must overlook ( yes, garbage trucks come through early in the morning in the alley between the house and the incredibly convenient restaurants, but wasn't an issue for us). We were very comfortable and felt safe in this very quiet neighborhood. My family (ages 29-16) was very happy with our Christmas time here. I highly recommend this house. Owners were accommodating and pleasant in all of our interactions. Thanks for the lifetime of memories!

Perfect location and layout of the home. Had some issues with the bathroom, but property managers were quick to respond and fix the problem. Could use updated linens and towels and more of them. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Trip for son's wedding

The property was very nice and like a little resort on it's own. Once we got familiar with how some of the amenities worked there were no issues at all with the property. When we did have questions the property managers responded quickly to our messages and actually visited the property to make sure we were satisfied. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and we'd consider returning in the future.
