We loved our visit to Marco and will be back next year. The only recommendation we have is there was only a keurig, no coffee pot which would have been nice. Also a few more wine glasses.

The cleaning people did not do a good job. Pool area was dirty and we spent time hosing off and cleaning the area before we could enjoy the area. Also, they left sheets and towels in the dryer and stuff also in the washer. We had already been traveling and looking forward to washing some clothes but we had work to do before we could use the washer and dryer. I took all clean stuff and put on twin bed but did not fold anything. Also the buggy for beach had dry rotted tires and we could not use. We did enjoy our time there but wasn't expected to have work to do upon arrival. Thank you

What a great stay and what an amazing house. It had everything we needed. The house was clean and well equipped and the host, Vito, was amazing to work with. He was able incredibly responsive and was able to answer every question we had. Cannot wait to stay here again next year.

Great location

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. There were three bikes we used to just ride around the neighborhood to explore the area. Easy walk to beach access next to the JW. Nice kitchen with an open concept with a great pool area and brand new grill.

You will NOT be disappointed!

You will NOT Be disappointed!! The house, the pool, and the Beach far exceeded our expectations. I booked this house because it had 3 bedrooms and a pool on the Gulf side of Florida - that’s it. Lol The ad said a 5 minute walk to a beach, but what it didn’t say was that it was an Amazing Huge Beach! Beautiful white powder sand, glorious warm water, and amazing sunsets! The house had everything you could possibly need, was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the inclusion of a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys for children. Seriously the proximity to the beach is a huge asset to this rental. We were in the pool everyday as well. The kitchen was well equipped with quality items and I loved that they had an empty cupboard for your food! So many rentals neglect this small but important thing. We will definitely come back, but next time for a month or more. Marco Island is also amazing, safe, and friendly. If I had to give one point or suggestion to the owners, who were amazing to deal with by the way, it would be a request for a lamp on the night table for late night reading. 😊

Everything you could want!

We traveled from snowy cold michigan to marco island! This house was perfect 6 adults 30+ and a toddler and infant 6 months. We worked so perfectly! Everything you need to cook for 10 people. My sister was staying across the street and they were there daily! The pool was amazing very good temperature, pool toys and all the sand stuff you need. They also have a lot of swimming safety measures for babies so no need to pack that! This house has everything but a meat thermometer (haha seriously) not a big deal tho because store are very close! We rented a 6 person golf cart! Genius idea because it was so fun and took us places for groceries! Two grills so we grilled everyday! Only problems ( which I say problems very lightly) because this place was perfect! Was that we did find that the breakers continued to switch off, the hot water was not always working and the cable didn’t work! They do have Netflix and all of the streaming services! Even the TV outside worked to watch tv and sun bathe! 10/10 recommend we will be back!

House has a lot to offer! Great kitchen! Plenty of cookware and has everything you need for a full kitchen! Plenty of linens and towels! Comfortable furniture inside and outside Everything is clean and in great condition Great pool toys and beach toys 2 wagons that are both in great shape! Plenty of Beach chairs 3 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes and a scooter - all in great shape to ride Beds are comfortable The water is great! Seems as though they even have a water softener which is a great touch! So much room to spread out Great lay out Netflix subscription to end the night with a movie Plenty of dish soap, toilet paper,paper towels, garbage bags etc to make the stay easy Would highly recommend this place!! Thank you for the great stay!!

Great little house

This was our second family vacation on Marco Island. We got to the house around 1am and the garage door didn’t work when I went inside the garage a piece that’s attached to the motor was physically hanging down by a wire. I asked the owner if they could fix it and that never happened not even an attempt instead I was asked to inspect the lasers by the garage door to make sure they’re aligned (because I’m somehow a garage handyman) no garage for the entire stay. Most of the house is updated the master was skimmed on, it was pretty gross and dated. Also nothing like changing sheets at 1am literally dirty sheets with black hair on them (I took pictures). Super cheap and old looking sheets. Weird little things like cleaning supplies were thrown in the herb drawer, no dishwashing liquid soap, two trash bags for an entire week. Maybe it’s time to get new cleaners. Definitely NOT a five minute walk to the beach more like a little over 10 min unless you’re running. Sorry I hate leaving bad reviews but it’s clear that the cleaners don’t care and it sad that most will be put on the home owner. But at least we should have attempted to try with the garage situation.

Beautiful home, great location and hosts

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Great location, about a 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes to the JW Marriott. Several of us have unexpected flight changes and the host we very accommodating. We can’t wait to book the house again!

Great Location & Awesome Property

This was our families 11th vacation to Marco Island. The property is located close to the beach and to many of the dinning options on the island. The upgrades from the last time we stayed at this property 6 years ago are awesome! As advertised! We would definitely stay at this property again. The house had the basic supplies and a couple bikes our kids enjoyed. We rented a couple extra bikes from Marco Island Bike Rentals. Plenty of pool toys for adults and kids. Overall, another great family vacation at a fine property.
