The immaculate and spacious house and saltwater pool were amazing!! I would definitely rent this house again. The location was very close to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful Home !

Rented at 540 Fieldstone with our family of 5. Perfect home and great vacation. Home is even nicer in person. Clean and modern, like new. We enjoyed the space (plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms) and having the pool. Would def. Recommend this home!

We loved being able to walk to the beach daily and enjoy several nearby restaurants without having to worry about parking.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, including plenty of Tupperware (which is rare!), leftover spices in the pantry, and even laundry detergent. There were more than enough bath and beach towels for our stay.The pool was perfect, and we truly enjoyed the relaxing sound of the waterfall each day. This home is ideal for a fun and comfortable family stay, and we would highly recommend it.

First of all, this was our second time renting from Marco Island Vacation Properties. They are FANTASTIC.The property itself was spotless and even more amazing than the pictures show. The beds were so comfortable. The lanai was perfect and the pool was the perfect temperature. Loved having bikes, chairs, coolers available. SO close to Marco Plaza and the beach. EASY walks. Our teens walked to the beach by the JW every night and we were very comfortable with that!You will not be disappointed - we didn't want to leave!

The interior of the property comes with high end appliances, spacious rooms, and all the amenities you could need. The pool was great and the house comes fully equipped with all the beach day gear you could possibly need (carts, wagons, umbrellas, chairs, toys, coolers). It was such a great experience that we will be coming back to the same property next year! Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: We spent a month in this beautiful house, it had everything you needed plus more and the location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. BUT we were looking forward to the inside outside lifestyle as depicted in the photographs, unfortunately you can’t open the doors onto the lanai for more than 15 seconds without a very loud alarm going off. These are very heavy doors which made eating outside awkward to coordinate. Also, although you can go out through various doors using the alarm bypass, there is only one door that you can come back in. We asked the agent if the alarm could be over-ridden but they advised that this could only be done by the owners and the request was passed on but with no response to date. We have asked for the information regarding the alarm to be updated on the website and perhaps changing some of the photos. In summary, would we recommend this property, yes as long as the alarm isn’t a problem for you.
