PROFITEZ D'UNE MÉTÉO INCROYABLE ET D'UNE ATMOSPHÈRE RELAXANTE dans notre MAISON DE VACANCES NOUVELLEMENT CONSTRUITE 2019 avec tous les NOUVEAUX MEUBLES. Notre maison a un plan d'Ă©tage divisĂ© avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size confortable et de portes françaises qui mĂšnent Ă  la vĂ©randa et Ă  la piscine. Les portes françaises peuvent ĂȘtre laissĂ©es ouvertes le soir pour profiter de la belle brise. La grande salle de bains privative comprend deux lavabos, une baignoire sur pieds et une grande douche Ă  l'italienne. L'aile opposĂ©e de notre maison a deux chambres d'hĂŽtes avec lits queen size. Pour l'espace de couchage supplĂ©mentaire, la taniĂšre privĂ©e a un canapĂ©-lit queen size. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat intelligent.

Le plan d'étage spacieux ouvert pour le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec un grand ßlot est parfait pour la famille et les amis. L'ouverture des portes françaises sur la véranda ensoleillée permettra également de dßner en plein air.

Offrez-vous une baignade dans la piscine chauffée rafraßchissante. Notre véranda exposée à l'ouest vous permet de vous détendre au soleil pendant la journée et de profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil le soir! Si vous préférez les plages de sable blanc, nous avons des chaises de plage, des parasols, des serviettes de plage, des glaciÚres et un chariot de plage roulant pour nos clients. Nous avons également deux vélos pour adultes (c'est un excellent moyen d'explorer l'ßle). Pas besoin de s'inquiéter du linge de lit et de bain

We could not have asked for a better stay! Mary Ann is both generous and incredibly responsive - anything we needed, she was able to help! She clearly puts a lot of care into ensuring her guests have a perfect experience.The house was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we could need - it is beautifully maintained and some days, we didn’t want to leave it! It’s also situated so close to everything: restaurants, beaches, shops, etc

Paradise on Marco Island

We had a fantastic stay for a family vacation. Mary Ann's house is impeccable, clean, spacious, beautiful. Pool was a hit with the kids, lanai perfect for dining outside or relaxing with a book. In a quiet neighborhood, a quick 5 minute drive to beaches and restaurants. House was well stocked with everything you need for a trip to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Stay for our Celebration

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home in Marco Island for a 50th birthday trip, and it exceeded all our expectations! The house is even more gorgeous in person, and the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we enjoyed restful nights after our busy days exploring the island. One of the highlights was the luxurious walk-in shower—definitely a treat after a day at the beach! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. We loved having breakfast on the lanai each morning. One of our favorite features was the private pool, which was consistently heated to the perfect temperature. We enjoyed evening dips throughout our stay. Marco Island is a great place to visit. We had easy access to the beautiful beaches just 5 minutes away, and there are numerous excursion and activity options to choose from. It's also a straight shot to Naples for some amazing shopping and dining options. The host is extremely responsive and very accommodating. Any questions we had were answered right away. Overall, this home is a gem, and we can't recommend it highly enough!

Best vacation rental experience ever

This was the best vacation home rental experience we have ever had. Mary Ann is the kindest, most generous property manager. Upon arrival, the house was stocked with everything we could need for our week stay. She provided recommendations for restaurants, shopping, beaches, activities, and more for us to explore during our stay. Another lovely visit to Marco Island!

This was our second time staying at this vacation home, and it was just a wonderful as the first! The home was prepped and ready for us with clean linens and dishes, a fully appointed kitchen, lovely well-maintained pool and patio furniture, and all the comforts of home. We had an issue with one of the bathroom sinks, and when I contacted the home owner, she had a plumber at the house within a couple of hours! This home and its hosts are truly second to none. Me and my family will definitely be back to make more memories next year.

Exceptional Rental Experience!!!

Our time at this property couldn't have been any better. The property was absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures reflected. I was in touch with the owner prior to our trip as she provided us with some fantastic restaurant suggestions. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed at our fingertips. Such a nice, clean, modern property with lovely amenities. I tend to notice details and there were so many well done aspects to this property. Our kids and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay again at this beautiful house. Mary Ann was a joy to work with. She helped us find a guard rail for my young son and we were even able to use the nice pull out couch in the den. Thank you so much! Probably the nicest overall rental we've ever been to!

Lovely beach getaway!

From the minute I made the reservation for my me and my family, Mary Ann was in touch to confirm the details. I shared concerns about accessibility for my dad given his limited mobility, and she graciously arranged for two grab bars to be installed in the master shower and a railing to be added at the pool's entry! These simple additions made such a difference for my dad and gave the rest of the family valuable peace of mind during our stay. The home is beautifully decorated with a fresh, beachy feel. There are so many cozy spots for family to gather...dinner and drinks out on the private lanai, midnight snacks around the large kitchen island, morning coffee in the cozy den. Everything was clean and tidy, and the house was well equipped with everything from linens and dishes to cling wrap and laundry soap! All appliances (including a great Weber grill) and TVs worked well, and we appreciated having access to wifi throughout our stay. The few times I messaged Mary Ann with questions, she was quick to reply and so helpful. The garage was filled with pool and beach equipment for us to use. We brought in groceries and spent most of our time out by the pool, but the house is just a short drive to many great restaurants, beaches, and parks. My family LOVES Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream Parlour. :) The only complaint I have about our stay is the frequency of emergency sirens in the area. The neighborhood is lovely, so this is not a reflection on the location of the house. I suspect on such a small island, we would encounter this noise just about anywhere. It’s always a bit nerve-racking to rent a space online, site unseen, but this house was a home run. Thank you, Mary Ann, for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!

Perfect Florida Stay

We spent the month of February at Mary Ann’s home at Marco Island. Her home was perfect for our stay, as well as for our guests. The home was beautifully decorated, well appointed and so comfortable. My husband and I loved sitting in the lanai to read books and enjoy the sun. We had a short ride to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Mary Ann sent us a detailed list of suggestions for things to do and places to eat in Marco Island. We made full use of the swimming pool and it was nicely heated. I can’t imagine a better choice for visiting Marco Island. We are returning next year for another wonderful vacation in a gorgeous house!

The house is perfect for a family get-away. Close to stores, restaurants, coffee etc. So nice to have bikes to cruise the island. The pool was nice and warm! Not an ideal neighborhood for a loud or rowdy bunch but perfect for our low key family

Just enjoyed our second stay at this lovely home. It is even better than the photos suggest, and the owner Mary Ann is responsive and generous (extras like having plastic sandwich bags for lunches, etc. made our stay so easy). Our best stay in Marco!

We have been to Marco Island several times and this was by far our best stay. The house was clean, well stocked and had more than enough space for our family of 5! The pool was warm, kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need and more, beds were comfortable and everything was new clean. Mary Ann was great to work with. The check-in process was seamless and she was in constant communication throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool toys, beach towels and coolers, board games, etc. It was great to access to the bikes, although we couldn’t take advantage of that with our small children (speaking of small children, I especially appreciated the pool alarm for safety). The property was exactly as pictured and described and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. We will certainly be back!
