Great stay

Very enjoyable stay. Easy check in process and nice facilities. One working elevator was a slight issue but fortunately the property wasn’t full.

Great place on the beach in Marco. Staff were super friendly and the place we rented provided beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella which came in handy.

Loved the location, and the view and access to the Gulf! the reception at check in was very warm and accommodating. what could have been better is kitchen related: such as wine glasses; a refrig with a freezer; all good! hope to see you again in the future!

Long weekend

Just as listed. Perfect location, great views and easy access to beach. Communication with owners was very efficient. Small fridge, no dishwasher or laundry but wasn’t really necessary for the short stay. Bring extra soap and toilet paper. Only downside was the air conditioner. Didn’t get very cool! Will be back!

Love Marco

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Very clean condo! Location is excellent! View amazing! Perfect for the 2 of us. Closet in the hall is filled with all your beach needs. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, pans etc for food prep. There are some hiccups as the units are transitioning to condos. I think using the actual front desk vs a tacky table in the entry would be better for the desired upscale atmosphere. There is some confusion regarding what is available to use when renting this condo. That said we would still recommend this condo.

Convenient location

With exception of patio furniture (too small) condo was fine. Property seemed in disarray. We’ve been guests for several years but this year not all elevators were working properly. Twice we had to take freight elevator. Poolside bar/restaurant unavailable and inconvenient because elevator to beach was not working. Would like to return but hope that all kinks will be worked out. Valet staff was outstanding: TK, Plaumed and Greg were always courteous, friendly and helpful. In addition, the Beach Bar staff was as lovely as valet staff.

Nice location, property needs attention

Let me start with the positives. - location is excellent- close to JW and nice restaurants- front door and lobby staff were very nice- room size and layout were as described- king bed very comfortableNegatives (these are my opinions)- parking garage elevator down and won’t be for a while- only ONE lobby elevator working. Supposedly been that way for a while- only ice makers working were on floor 7 & 11- extra pillows for pullout sofa were disgusting and yellow stained.- pool and deck under construction, which we knew in advance of booking but still a mess and annoying- dorm refrigerator doesn’t hold much - check in process a little confusing as it tells you to go to offsite office. We went to front lobby and attendant said we didn’t need to go there and could check in there. Seems to be miscommunication between on-site and offsite staff.Overall okay but wouldn’t go back until construction is completed and things are fixed. Also don’t recommend more than 2 people as the pullout makes it crowded.

Broken AC and broken freezer

Got to the unit after a long day of travel. No AC! 90 degrees in the unit and so humid the mirrors were dripping water. After hours line said there was nothing they could do until the next day. Begged a nearby hotel for a one night ($900/night) stay. Returned to the unit next day, AC was repaired. However freezer in the mini fridge was so frozen over you couldn’t get anything in there. Small unit and not maintained well. But good location. Won’t be staying here again. No one comp’d the hotel stay so this was a very expensive 3 night stay. 0/10 recommendation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. However the unit has a lot of issues. It is very dated and in poor condition. The trim is gouged and the tile floors need to be re-grouted. The unit has a bar fridge with no freezer. There are no dishwasher, washing machine or dryer. There is laundry facilities in the building. The kitchen table and chairs barely fit 2 meals and needs to moved to be used. This more appropriate for children.Similarly the balcony furniture is so small it is uncomfortable to sit in. We felt cramped within the unit.The rooftop pool/hot tub is on top of the parking garage at level 4 not on the roof of the building.

It was exactly what we wanted especially the view of the ocean and easy close access to the beach. The property management always answered our questions in a timely manner. The bed was very comfortable. It did have a little of a musty smell or something when you first walked into the room but then it quickly went away. An air freshener probably would of done the trick. T parking in the parking garage was a little tricky and tight. But other than that we had a great first time experience renting a condo instead of just a hotel room.

We would not choose to stay there for an extended period of time since theres no washer or dryer in the unit or building. We were though contacted to see if we needed more towels which was very nice. The only suggestios we would have is to have at least one or two more bars of soap in the bathroom, to provide dishwashing soap and have salt & pepper there.

Nice apartment, great location

We stayed 4 nights at this location and were happy with the cleanliness and the property. Location is superb. Beautiful beach. Be warned that it's quite small - not suitable for more than 2 adults. Beach chairs and cooler provided, which was a nice plus. No hassles once you figure out the elevators.
