When we got o the property, we noticed the pool level to be very low. Because of this, the pool was not filtering properly and there were bugs on bottom and floating on top.
Being pool owners, my husband knew to grab hose and fill the pool to level.
He then had to clean the pool.
Not something he wants to do starting his vacation! đł
Also, there was a storm shutter from family room that was down blocking the main view! Couldnât figure out how to raise this. There were switches inside house with labels... Do Not Touch!
My husband by mistake, flipped one on and, eureka! We had a view! Mind you, that was four days before we had to leave and we were there for 10.
I had to call the management company like 12 times about the pool, the jacuzzi that had no heat and could not find the button to turn on!
So many remotes! OMG!
Couldnât figure out what goes to what tv or ceiling fan.
Ok, in addition, we looked for trash in the garage and couldnât see it. It was on side of house with trash from previous tenants. When my husband opened it, it was so disgusting and full of maggots.
Another call to the management company!
This company is awful!
You need to change!
Got hung up on and didnât get call backs til too late.
Think your house was beautiful and well appointed due to the closet that was opened and was probably suppose to be locked!
This is where I found the laundry detergent.
There needs to be better communication and instructions for your guests. Another mtg. Co!
