Overall location was good. Close enough to most areas of Marco Island in 10 minutes or less. The house is nice with most of the typical amenitites you would expect. That said, it could do with some moderizing...including upgrading thier small TVs, unimpressive showers, grill, lack of drinking water filter, etc). The management team was very responsive to my texts, but action was on the light side. We had a latch break and was never repaired during our stay. Our house seemed to have been "gently" cleaned as we found lots of debris and food particles near the pool. All our feet turned dark within minutes of walking around the indoor tile. After being charged 300 for a house cleaning, I would have expected better. I mentioned this on day 2 and it was never fixed. We were expecting better fishing amenities since the property was described to have "dock lights, and fishing cleaning station". It was described as a "Haven for Anglers" and "for Avid anglers". This was one of the main reasons for choosing this property. Overall, I do think this was a nice property. I think they need to update the property description, fix the cleaning situation, and update some of thier materials (wifi password was incorrect).
