The house was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter's family of 4. Our 9 and 7 yr old grandchildren love the pool and being on the water. They loved watching for dolphins and other sea life from the backyard. We enjoyed the perfect location. Easy to bike to the beach and walk to dinner at multiple restaurants. The house was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach. We've been to Marco several times and this house is our new favorite!

The communication with the management company was excellent they texted us with reminders and also replied to my questions quickly even after business hours. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. The warm pool was a huge plus!

Great Vacation

House was wonderful to host two families - close to lots of restaurants and shops! Pool was perfect for the kiddos. We had a blast and would recommend this property to everyone!

Fun week!

Great location of the property with easy access to the public beach. Warm private pool with view of the canal, we even saw dolphins in the canal swim by the house. The house was well stocked with dishes, towels, and beach and pool supplies/toys..

Great Location. Lovely home.

We have rented on Marco island multiple times over the last 20 years and thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was very impressive that they had all-clad pots and pans and most every utensil needed including a mini food processor. Very helpful for our at home meals. Not that we used the living room very often but the couch and chairs were very comfortable. I'd make a gentle recommendation that the home needs new pillows and sheets. All four of us had difficulty with how hard the pillows were and we have not had this problem at the many other houses we have rented. The sheets in the master bedroom are 100% polyester, uncomfortable and worn. They slip easily so we were constantly fighting with them. The pool was amazing and it was nice to have a view of the canal. Location cannot be beat. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and to restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a week. Great location! Walked to the beach every morning. Often walked to restaurants. Rented a boat for the week. Almost was not allowed by Dolphin Cove to keep the boat at the dock, as there is not a great spot on the dock to tie it up. We ended up tying it to two posts of the boat lift and climbing up and down the ladder on the dock to access - worked fine for us, but some might find challenging. Two bikes were functional. Slider door wouldn't lock, but was able to fix. Pool great, but needed to add water often. Grill worked but small. Pipes leak when fish cleaning station/dock hose turned on. Need dimmers. O/W GREAT!

Location was perfect, property was just as described, the amenities at this house were endless, home was clean and updated, beds were comfortable, home was decorated beautifully, kitchen was well equipped, beach towels and bath towels were excellent quality, beach supplies were perfect for kids and adults, pool was warm and clean, what more could you ask for!!! We have stayed in so many rentals over the years and this one was right at the top, we would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks to the owners for sharing this beautiful home with us!!!!

The property is equipped with everything you need and I was pleasantly surprised with all of beach equipment included. The wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. made is so easy on me. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk to the main public beach access on Marco, it could not be more convenient. The property was clean and the entire process booking through March Island Vacation Properties was seamless. We will definitely be back.

July 2022 Stay

Beautiful home really close to the beach, restaurants and some stores. Everything we need it for the beach was there. Including chairs and umbrella. The house was really comfortable and all 7 fit with no issues. Love the canal view with the pool and how quiet it is. We had some small issues which was resolved as soon the owner/PM could. We would definitely come back again. Only recommendation is to add more trash bag and other necessary items. Not a big deal but for the cost I was expecting to be included. But our family have a great time. The week went fast.

Great vacation!

Stayed at this property for a week, 8 of us ranging from 18-80 years old. Great location to public beach access area(about 1/2 mile), pool was great with a beautiful view! Grill came in handy. All amenities were there to enjoy! Walking distance to some stores, restaurants and mini golf. Cooler, 6 beach chairs, and wagon all available. Have stayed in many homes in the past so suggesting mirrors in the 3 other bedrooms(girls waiting for bathroom mirrors to do makeup and hair was a challenge haha) and was a shame we had to throw out all of the condiments, etc. on departure that someone else could have enjoyed:) On arrival, two lights (one in the master bath) and the pool light for night swimming did not work but agency was very willing to fix, also the one bicycle had a flat tire, it was taken to be fixed and returned the next day! The door handle heading to the pool broke through our stay due to difficulty opening. Admin was very responsive, super friendly, and willing to fix it all! such a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!!!! Highly recommend!

Great vacation wish it was longer

This property was very nice and anything we needed they were right on top of fixing or replacing things. The location was great for walking to the beach. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great. Plenty of space. Our kids lived every minute of the pool.
