**Boat slips may be available between May 1 through November 30 on a first come first served basis and must be reserved through the Riverside Club On-Site Management.

The dining and living area enjoy beautiful water views and are bathed in natural light or you can simply lower the custom shutters for total privacy.

From the living area, you'll find that the master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and ensuite bath with shower/tub combination, and the living room is furnished with (2) twin sleeper sofas. As an added convenience, this unit is equipped with its own washer and dryer.
