Really great place to stay!

We only have the best things to say about our trip and stay. They really have everything-except an umbrella-but it could be that we just couldn’t find it? Washer and dryer in the unit is great and the complex is close to a lot of great restaurants.

We enjoyed the condo very much. It had everything that we needed and if it didn’t, the response was excellent with anything that we needed. The view is awesome and where it is located in the building is great. It is very close to the elevator and just a few steps away from the pool and parking. Thank you to the owners for such a nice condo!

This was our second time staying in this condo. Third time at Riverside. Very clean great location and everything you need. We love the Riverside location, have never had an issue with parking and communication was a breeze. Will be back in May.

Great Week!

We visited Marco to get married. The place was amazing!!! Very clean and looked just like the pictures. The king sized bed slept wonderfully. It was exceptionally cool for the weather to be so hot. The view was breathtaking. It was within 2 miles of great dinner spots. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was as advertised, as far as location, walkability to a few restaurants. Cleanliness and everything we needed. We unfortunatly stopped at the store before going to condo and purchased items that were available. So we recomend going to condo 1st before purchases.

Riverside Club - Marco Island

The condo was excellent. The extras like beach chairs, umbrella, towels, wine, and popcorn were wonderful for our first trip to Marco Island. The condo is well equipped with everything you need, very spacious, and a tremendous view of the back bay. It was also a short walk to the Snook Inn for dinner and a drink as well as viewing the Borrowing Owls along Bald Eagle Drive. We highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the area.

Very nice place!

I’m writing this review from the balcony’ of the condo. It’s a beautiful view of the bay on the east side of Marco Island. Nice to relax and enjoy the view as the boats cruise by. The condo was clean and had everything we needed from beach towels to silverware.

Relaxing Get Away

The condo was comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The club itself had a pool, hot tub, piers, and walkways. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing! Excellent communication by Itrip. We will be back!

Nice high floor unit with great view. Everything we needed could be found, beach chairs, spices, storage containers, coolies, pool towels and more. Nice welcome package greeted us. Very nice pool.

Condo was great, management was great.

We usually rent homes when we come to Marco but decided to try something different and go with a condo. It was great, view of the boats on marco river, condo was clean, and well stocked with all the amenities we needed, management was great. We met Kenny who owns the docks down at riverside, great guy. Island bike rental is right next door, close to snook and boardroom tavern (live music). We would definitely stay again!!

Can’t wait to return!

We always have a delightful experience when staying at the Riverside condos. While using the pool area we found the residents whether owners or other renters to be friendly and welcoming, Mark and his team from itrip provided updated, clean condos that are fully equipped with new beachy decor, furnishings, housewares, and many extras to make the experience easy. The king sized bed was comfortable with lovely linens. We found the boat activity viewed from the condo or porch area to be very entertaining. This is our third stay at Riverside, each time in a different lovely decorated condo.

Access issues refund receipts requires positive 5 star or no review

We drove approximately 6 hours each way with two young children to unwind and relax. Day 1 entry issues - QR code provided was supposed to work Friday through Sunday but not working. The boom opened and shut immediately not allowing enough time for a car to pass. We called the number at the gate and the phone was dropped in our ear 3 times saying it's the owners problem. We got hold of the property manager eventually. They explained they were away and somewhere with bad reception.We tried standing in front of the sensor to keep it open and it didn't work. It would have damaged any vehicle or person who moved closer and attempted to go through. The fob to use the pedestrian gate is waiting for you inside the apartment, so there is *NO* way in if the QR code doesn't work. Another resident hanging over the balcony of block B accosted me with my children as we walked in.This was very upsetting and disappointing. I put it down to them enjoy one too many wines...All was reported to property management. We were instructed to go to the office 8:30am if there were still access issues. Day twoNo staff available in the office at 8:30am Access issues again. We opted to leave since it was cutting into our vacation time and we felt unwelcome. There was no follow up the next morning with a new QR code. We also sent a video of the issues with the gate to help management understanding the issue. We left in less than 24 hoursBest suited for 55 or adults only
