We come to Marco on a regular basis and really enjoyed staying at this location. The home was very comfortable and well maintained. Great way to spend a birthday!

Exactly what we were looking for

The house was perfect for our first visit to Marco Island. Weather was chilly a couple of the days, but the pool was still warm enough to enjoy. Great location close good restaurants. Bikes, and kayaks were nice additions.

Beautiful home

What a beautiful home located on a canal. My husband and our sons loved taking the kayaks out to do some exploring and fishing. The bikes were a great asset as well. Loved strolling up and down the streets with them. The pool was amazing. We loved being out there at night with the colored lights on. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great location in Olde Marco.

We loved the location and the pool, Kayaks and bikes provided. Management was very responsive when we needed more towels. Beds are comfortable. Pool furniture is uncomfortable wood with very thin cushion. Dining table is uncomfortable. Kitchen cabinets are messy and we had to buy few items in order to cook.

Amazing property

We loved our stay at this home! The patio/pool area were an amazing place to spend most of our week. We had a few cool/cloudy days and the heated pool was a perfect activity. We enjoyed the kayaks and just being on the canal. We saw a few dolphins in the canal. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary - there are also cooking oil/spices/sugar/foil and other useful items on hand. The grill worked great and we often had supper in after a long day in the sun. The location is about a 1/2 mile walk from Old Marco - eating at LeeBees fish was delicious. It was nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella and other beach items to be able to use. We’d love to come back and stay here again!

Bikes and kayaks and beach chairs come with this clean home on a canal

The house was very clean when we moved in. The kitchen then had adequate pots and pans pol was heated. Loved having the bikes and kayaks as part of the rental as well as beach chairs. We kayaked and biked to the sunset and to the beach.Large walk in shower in master bath with 2 shower heads and in the second bathroom there was a walk-in shower. Master bedroom with door to pool was nice. We got sun in the morning and u til about 1:30 at the pool. There was a home being built across the canal when we were staying there and during the week it was very noisy. Location is great, close to shopping and beach. Definitely would rent this home again. Note when We went the kitchen cabinets had stuff left over from previous tenants, so there were spices and teas and aluminum foil. They only give you one roll of paper towels and 2 toilet paper rolls so bring or buy your own.

Great house with a fantastic pool. We had a wonderful time and expect to return again next year. The only negative we experienced in the property was the condition and lack of furniture. The bedrooms lacked dressers with drawers to store our clothing so we worked out of our suitcases and what we could hang in the closets. The living room and dining furniture have seen their best days. On the positive, the bedrooms had very good mattresses and the management company always goes above and beyond when needed. Super responsive and helpful.

Everything about the house was awesome!

The check in process was a breeze. Just had to stop and pick up keys from their office, which happened to be 3 minutes from the house we were renting. The house itself was exceptional. More than my husband and I needed but we loved the location and having our own bathrooms. Everything was clean and they provided enough stuff to get us through our trip. The pool was great, we used it almost everyday. Although we didn't use most of the stuff provided, the house does come with kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. I enjoyed the simple landscape style and we were able to see dolphins in the canal a couple nights. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!
