Welcome to our 2,588 SF home, a place to enjoy the sun, water, pool, boat, fishing or simply relax. Newly furnished , remodeled kitchen, and carefully decorated to make you feel at home. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths sleeps about 10 guest. Master bedroom #1 with king size bed and beautiful view to pool and water, 2nd master bedroom with two queen size beds. These two rooms share a bathroom or there is a 3rd full bathroom right outside master bedroom. 3rd and 4th room each have a queen size bed. These 2 rooms also share a bathroom, Plenty of closet space through the house. Living room has the most comfortable sofa that can also accommodate about 2 guest. There a new TV's in every room with Netflix and plenty of channels to watch. Dinning room is equipped for 6 people but can accommodate more and extra chairs are available. Kitchen area with breakfast table and bar stools looking outside has been fully remodeled with brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. In the spacious garage we have 2 bikes, stroller and some fishing equipment. Outside you will find in terrace a pool table, another kitchen area to cook outside with sink, a third full bathroom, table and chairs, also the pool with lounge chairs and bbq. Then comes the dock where you can keep a boat as big as 32 feet long, fish from dock or simply sit and watch sunset or a dolphin family swim by or manatees.
You will have access to all rooms on the property including Garage where we keep our personal things. Please do not remove anything from the house that you did not bring.
We have a guest book available at the home with important numbers, places, restaurants and more for your convenience. We will be glad to give you notes on our favorite restaurants and things to do.
One of the best rated beaches in Marco is Tiger Tail beach which is not far and is open to public. We have another beach that is for residents only or you can get a permit with city if staying longer than a week, you can ride your bike to it. We also provide 2 bikes, baby seat, baby high chair, and stroller if needed. Hope you enjoy your stay with us and let us know of any questions.
Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and upscale. The properties are very well maintained. We ask that after 10 pm you lower noise lever outside of home.

Great location & clean property BUT...We were disappointed that we reached out days prior to our stay asking that the pool heater be turned up since we would be arriving with a 3 year old anxious to swim. I received no reply to my request and the water was freezing when we arrived since it had been in the 30's & 40's the week prior. It then took 2 days to warm up so we couldn't truly enjoy our first 3 days of swimming which was a huge reason for booking this house with a little one!I reached out to the host explaining that the screens to the pool area were ripped and opened to the outside because I didn't want her to think we damaged them. She did respond immediately and sent over 2 gentleman to fix them the very next day (which was not expected or asked). They also added water to the pool when they were there since the water level was quite low.I reached out to the host a few days into our stay asking where we could find a vacuum. She reached out to the cleaning lady who explained that it was broken and she had gotten rid of it. The host said she would order a new one and have it delivered. It never arrived for the remainder of our stay. As you can imagine, the floor was quite disgusting by the end of our 10 day stay with 7 people in and out of the house!Needless to say, it's things like this that make or break a stay!

This property has everything you need for a summer getaway for all ages. Loved the raised seating above pool, grandsons were thrilled with fishing (every day) and all activities in garage playroom especially ping pong. This property provides everything you need for the beach. Noted that was remodeled and would only suggest getting finishing touches completed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Great time in Marco

This was our 3rd stay in Florida over Christmas and first time in Marco. Marco was our favorite. We loved it. Liza was responsive and it was everything we were expecting. The dock on the canal was great. Pool was great. Bikes awesome. Intense ping pong tournaments in the garage. Beaches were fantastic. Everything was great.

Perfect for big families!

Property was clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation! We had 3 couples and 4 children. Kids shared the room with 2 queen beds and each couple had their own room! We chose this place for the adequate number of beds and the heated pool. It's a short 2 minute drive to Tigertail beach (perfect for shelling!) and close to a Publix for groceries. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The AC stopped working. I spoke with the property manager. He said they would send someone out. 7 hours later no one has arrived. Tried calling and texting with no response. I had to call Vrbo and they got in touch with the manager. The lack of communication caused a lot of stress since the temperature rose to 81 degrees inside the house.

Beautiful outdoor space

Had a wonderful time at this Marco property. It was set up perfectly for my brothers and our families stay! The outdoor lanai and pool are fantastic and we spent hours lounging outdoors in that area. Close to the beach and restaurants but quiet and peaceful on the canal. Would definitely rent again!

Great house for family vacation

We had a great vacation at this sweet Marco Island house. The house had everything we needed for our stay to completely relax and unwind. Marco Island also has lots to offer including beautiful beaches, bike rental and boat rentals and yummy food and this house is central to all of it. :)

We took a family trip with several teenagers- this property was perfect! Plenty to do on-site, fishing, swimming, pool- two stove tops for cooking- perfect. Owner was easy to work with and check-in was simple! Great property!

Great location!

We had an amazing stay. Convenient location for restaurants and grocery store. Previous tenants had left lots of food and alcohol which was a plus! Our flight home was unexpectedly canceled and they were more than accommodating to help arrange lodging for an extra day.

Clean, comfortable, great view

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We requested to have the pool heated and it was at a wonderful temperature when we arrived. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. Having the pool table was fun in the evenings. Decor is fun and beachy. Only negatives are lack of comfortable pool side furniture and outdated bathrooms. As long as they're clean though, I can live with outdated! Thanks for a great vacation!

Not as clean as it should have been. Tv's, washing machine not working properly. Some plumbing issues. However, Liza was. E.g. attentive to these issues when pointed out.

Relaxing family vacation on marco island

Wonderfully equipped home w 4 bedrooms w on one side of home and 2 on the other side w 2 full bathrooms inside and another full bath near pool table and pool convenient location. Full kitchen provide opportunity to make full breakfast daiky, Winn dixieland and public nearby grocery stores and package stores. Our 1st day we parked at turtle tlot that only charges on weekdays so being a sat we were hapoy. We bought a couple beach chairs that we left behind for the rental home but the home does come with ample supply of beach towels. Close to beach, maybe 5 min drive , 2 bikes Def makes it nice riding to beaches and mini golf w nearby ice cream. Lots of restaurants to catch sunset either on the ocean at sunset grille or the bay with mangos dockside bistro and cjs on the bay. Many happy hours available at restaurants too. Caught a rd sox game at jet blue park in fort myers and dinner at Doc Fords Rum bar and grille in fort myers is must done at too! Another must do is at Roses marina, Hemingway water shuttle to Keewaydin Island. The captain and his wife Val , showed us many dolphins swimming by and osprey nests w protective mom osprey feeding her babied fish as we slowed down to a crawl being able to watch this beautiful view of nature. Keewaydin island was awesome, many pulling their boats up to the Bayside and a couple food boats there too! The ocean side is a quick walk, more secluded than the bay side. Def great home to stay in, great island and all around a must do if looking to stay in marco island

Nice view and pool - Home needs some work

The property has a very nice view of the water. The pool was very nice after we got the water warmed up! Pool furniture wasn't comfortable. Some issues with the home; shower doors in master bath kept coming off, living room sectional was very uncomfortable, TV in living room was good but owner needs to supply a guide. It tok us 3 days just find the most common channels. Master bedroom TV has a problem with the speaker. Overall condition of the home didn't compare to other homes on the Island for the same price. We love Marco Island!!!
