Welcome to your coastal escape in Margate! This newly renovated Victorian‑era house has been lovingly restored to create a relaxed, contemporary base for exploring Margate’s beaches, art and independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Our home is the perfect base to explore it all.
The space
Sleeps up to 9 with three generous bedrooms plus snug and sofa bed.

• Bedroom 1: Large double room with high ceilings, feature (decorative) fireplace and French doors opening onto the garden; ideal for morning coffee in the sunshine.
• Bedroom 2: Another spacious double that also opens to the garden
• Bedroom 3: Quirky mezzanine bedroom with a double bed on the upper level; underneath is a cosy snug area, with futon that opens out to sleep one
• Living area: Open‑plan layout with two comfy sofas (one converts to a bed), Smart TV and a characterful log burner set in an exposed brick fireplace.
• Dining area: Rustic reclaimed‑wood table seats 8–10 comfortably – perfect for family meals or dinner with friends
• Kitchen: Light‑filled space under a skylight, fully equipped with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge‑freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. All utensils, pots and pans are provided so you can cook up a feast.
• Bathroom: Modern and spacious with a large walk‑in shower featuring rainfall head and handheld hose plus a heated towel rail.
• Garden: Large, sunny garden with dining area, BBQ, fire pit and plenty of seating. There’s space for children to play or for adults to relax with a drink after a day at the beach.
