First room was not as promised, smelled like smoke for a non-smoking room. Transferred to the 2nd room which was only for single person and we are a couple. Television first would not turn on then it was fixed but volume could not be lowered down and then could not be turned off unless unplugged. No elevator for a couple of seniors with all our stuff to go up 3rd floor. Staff was okay.

Listen, I’m not giving a one star and I respect the hustle, we booked because we had dogs and didn’t want to spend a lot on a hotel and I think it can definitely feel certain needs, but I did choose to find somewhere else to stay and didn’t ask for a refund, etc. people should make their own choices, folks seemed very nice and I didn’t entirely feel unsafe, but I was willing to pay a little bit more somewhere else. I’m sorry to say.

Staff was courteous and room okay. I almost felt like I was staying at a hostel, but what can you expect. You get what you pay for. I have stayed at other Days Inns and this one was by far the most nothing furnished I have stayed in.

The sign stated renovated rooms. They apparently missed the room I was in. The sheets and pillow cases had mildew all over them and the ceiling appeared failing in from what looked like water damage. Was the worst room in a Days Inn/Wyndham property I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby had a horrible smell when I checked in. I then noticed that the evening manager had an incense burning. On the plus side there were no bugs and the night manager was very nice.
