The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
 Strip sheets (not the protectors). Strip quilts/comforter if dirty.  Clean all dishes. Put dishes in the dishwasher and start load, or leave the cleaned dishes on the drying rack.
 Log off any personal accounts on Roku streaming app.  Take out trash, and place in appropriate bin.  Turn off lights.  Make sure doors are shut and locked.  Notify host of your departure.
 Check under beds for any of your belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
