We spent one night at the 5th Street Inn in Mariposa. The inn is a renovated historic home from all appearances. The bed was comfortable but the table was tiny and the chairs in the room were very hard. Avoid this property if you can't tolerate that or navigate steps up and down.
The shower was functional but showed signs of damage to the faucet handle and a bit of mold. There is very little counter space in the bathroom, but a decent amount of storage in the drawers and cupboards.
The staff was helpful, and checkin/checkout were convenient. Overall, the place was decent.
Upon arrival found food in the fridge and coffee still in the coffee pot.
Was charged for "staining" clearly washable towels that was used to clean said coffee pot and area around it.
The staff I physically interacted with were awesome!
Lovely quaint Inn. So convenient for going to the Grove House for a concert. Easy walk to old downtown, shops, and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
