The hotel is well-located, the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was good. However, there was a strong smell of camphor due to the mothballs left in the drains, several bits of furniture were broken, and most importantly the wifi didn’t work at all in the room.

Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklanabilecek bir otel..

Kışın en soğuk günlerinde kalmamız gerektiği için odalar da doğal olarak soğuktu. Her ne kadar klima olsa da, sanırım klimanın gazı azaldığı için ısı vermiyordu ve filtresi oldukça kirliydi. Filtre temizliğini kendim yaptım ve çalıştırdım. Onun dışında odaların genel temizliği iyiydi. Nevresimler ve bize verilen yorgan ve battaniyeler oldukça temizdi. Odanın bir eksikliği de katı sabun bulunmaması, sıvı sabun kabının da boş olmasıydı. Otel çalışanlarının müşteri ilişkileri ve sıcak karşılamaları da oldukça memnun ediciydi. Genel olarak otelden memnun ayrıldık. Çalışanlara teşekkür ederim..

Le propriétaire de l'hôtel est très sympathique et accueillant. La chambre est très grande avec bouilloire/clim. Nous avons testé le resto un soir et on y mange très bien. On recommande !

Odanın anahtarını kaybettik. Koskoca otelde yedek anahtar yok diyerekten 100 TL çilingir parası aldılar. Klima eski çok ses yapıyor ayrıca geldiğimizde su akıtıyor du. Sonra da tamir ettiler. Ama ıslanan yastık çarşaf nevresim değiştirmemişler. Otelde 5 gün 4 gece kalmamıza rağmen hiç temizlik olmadı nasıl olsun ki yedek anahtar yokmuş. Otel dalyanın ilk yapılan otellerinden eski bir Yapı olduğu için konum olarak nehre yakın çarşıya yakın merkezde. Otopark yok aracı 500 metre ileriye yola bırakıyorsunuz. Otelde buzdolabı yok saç kurutma makinesi yok şampuan yetersiz .Müşteri ilişkileri zayıf

Öncelikle otel sahipleri çok misafirperverler. Güler yüzleri hiç eksik olmadı. Çok teşekkür ediyorum. Navigasyon çarşı merkeze sokamadı aracı. Belirli saatlerden sonra kapatıyorlarmış fakat sagolsun otel sahibinin oglu geldi bizi aldı yardımcı oldu. Kendi restoranları var. Her türlü kahvaltı ögle aksam yemegini yiyebilirsiniz. Odalar tertemizdi. Oda içinde ketıl bardak çay bile vardı. 1 adet çekyat bile mevcuttu. Genel olarak memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz :)

Otelin konumu çok güzel, tam merkezde kalıyor. Fazla yürümeden nehir kenarına ve ana caddeye ulaşıyorsunuz.Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Yeterince alan vardı. Rahat bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Sadece banyoda gider tepmesi gibi bir koku oluyordu. Onun dışında gayet güzel bir otel.
