dies war mit Abstand meine schlechteste Erfahrung mit einer Unterkunft über Expedia. Die Vermieterin,Madame Samira, war geradezu feindselig und hysterisch. Die erste Nacht von bezahlten 5 Nächten konnten wir gar nicht im Appartment verbringen, denn sie hat unsere Nachrichten ignoriert und war nicht erreichbar. Wir mussten ein Hotel bezahlen. Am 2. Tag dann konnten wir ins Appartment, aber nur weil die Reinigungskraft grade da war, aber die Vermieterin, die gerade in Frankreich weilte, wollte uns mit aller Gewalt am Telefon abwimmeln, obwohl wir Tage zuvor die volle Summe bezahlt hatten. Sie hatte das Apptm offenbar anderweitig, sozusagen "doppelt" jemandem vermietet, und wir sollten einfach "verschwinden"...sie schrie und tobte am Telefon mit der Begründung sie habe "mit Expedia nichts zu tun". Schließlich nach Stunden Psychoterror einigten wir uns dann mit ihrem Mann zu bleiben. Ich möchte auf alle Fälle Schadensersatz für diese Behandlung und eine Erstattung für die erste Nacht die wir im Hotel verbracht hatten, mindestens, und den 2 Tag, denn sie liess und für viele Stunden im Limbo hängen. Ich habe so eine miserable Behandlung von zahlenden Gästen noch nie erlebt.
