We went in December - the heating was not working. They gave us another room on 2nd night. Heating was better but still not enough to feel cosy and warm during our stay. Felt cold throughout our stay and husband got the flu. Bad: - Heating not working/sufficient for colder months - Can hear base sound from Night Club - No iron in the rooms Good: - Beds are comfortable - Breakfast staff is friendly - There is a hairdryer in the bathroom - Outdoor pool is heated to a reasonable temperature

I’ve traveled to 20+ countries, and this is honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was not clean when I checked in, which is unacceptable. There was no iron in the room, no hot water and when I asked, no solution was offered. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The most shocking part: a friend came to visit me, and I was told guests are not allowed. Then one staff member asked me for $100 USD to allow my guest to come up to my room. That is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and felt like an attempted scam. This experience left a very bad impression of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you value cleanliness, basic amenities, transparency, and respectful service.

Tried booking direct with hotel but rate was nearly double! Beautiful lobby and pool area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant food not great, breakfast could do with more fresh fruit options. Food should be replenished more regularly.

The hotel entrance is very nice. The reception staff are pleasant. The room is very tired. The toilet pedestal is loose. We had to ask for towels for our room. The pool area is tired. The staff working in and around the pool area are totally uninterested in offering any service. The restaurant food is unimaginative. The buffet dinner is actually pretty awful - overcooked fish with numerous bones, chicken drumsticks, meatballs. Definitely not restaurant quality food.
