Location of this hotel to the Medina was second to none. Staff in the hotel excellent, they went over and above to cater for all your needs. My room was small but very clean. Unfortunately no view from the balcony, would defiantly book a pool view next time.

The room was extremely maintained every day, the jacuzzi was cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially as I slipped in shower and concussed myself. On our return we were asked if any food was required and the following morning the head chef prepared my breakfast.

A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly.
