Room was clean. I love the separation of the toilet, shower and sink. However pur only issue with the room was a sewer like smell. Once you get off the floor from the elevator you smell the situation. It was a ohhhh noooo I can't and won't stay there issue but it was present. We concluded the area or place has bad sewage history. Besides that we loved everything. Breakfast was great. The staff excellent.

Amazing staff all round, from Reception to housekeeping. We had 2 suites on 4th floor and our cleaners in particular, Saida and Boucha were friendly, accommodating and professional. Prompt pre arrival email responses. Excellent hotel management and no request is deemed too insignificant. Breakfast buffet is wide ranging and well laid out. Felt very safe on our first visit to Marrakesh as a family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters. Pool is relaxing and ambience is wonderful. A real oasis of calm in the heart of the bustle of downtown Marrakesh. Will definitely recommend and stay there again on return.

Central location close to mall and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room (junior terrace) was spacious and clean. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and i asked them to make it special and decorate the room which they did in a very basic way, i asked them if they could play happy birthday song at breakfast time for him but they didnt seem to care enough to do it. Overall a good stay apart from that.

Facilities are nice but service is poor. I had also a bad experience when trying to use the baby room for my 1yo. I wasnt allowed to use it because there was already a baby taking a nap with a moroccan nanny (I asked and it was first come first served or private space and they said no, so basically, I was just denied access). Bare in mind that my kid was well behaved and I asked nicely. Anyways, the hotel staff sent me to another kids room, without AC, far from the restaurant and I couldn’t make use of this ammenity (reason for booking this hotel in the first place)
