Riad Dar Justo is a calm oasis right in the middle of the Medina’s chaos. The room was very comfortable and had a heating option, which was much appreciated as we visited in December when the weather was slightly cold. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were genuinely warm and lovely. We also had dinner at the rooftop restaurant one evening — the food was excellent and made for a really memorable experience.

Great place to stay though a bit hidden

While having been to Marrakech many times, I had never stayed at a riad in the Medina. It was a lovely experience. Once you get comfortable actually finding it and remembering how to get there, it was great being in the centre of everything. The hotel is a great value for the money, the service was friendly and helpful, they collect and take you to the airport if needed, and the food at the restaurant was great. Very happy.

The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and authentic, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and at home. The hospitality was 10/10 – warm, genuine, and thoughtful in every way. The food was incredible, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Each morning felt special, and every detail of our stay was perfect. If you’re looking for the best riad experience in Marrakesh, this is the place. I cannot recommend it enough!

Didn’t check in because the pictures on your site wasn’t like the actual hotel. Very heavy smell of mold. No windows no elevator. The entrance to the hotel is about 15 minutes walking in the market with our suitcases. The stuff we’re not welcoming. We had to leave before we checked in.

Riad Dar Justo is a great hotel to stay in. Great service, very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The only tip I can offer is to contact the hotel before your arrival so someone can receive you from the car. Cars cannot go close to the hotel. It is about 900 feet away from the limit that cars can go.
