The neighborhood is sketchy, the room condition was poor, smelled like sewage. Broken mirrors and glass. The shower was not properly constructed, water was everywhere, the shower head was of poor plastic quality, and broke on us. The staff was beyond accommodating and exceptional, though. Guest service was beyond exceptional.
