Everything was great from the check in to check out . The location is very good close to everything, safe and clean . The building and apartment also in perfect condition. Furniture alsovery clean and they provide a cleaning and change towels. Highly recommend for a stay at marrakech .

Fantastic apartments. Premium location. I found the staff not being accommodating. We asked for assistance to order a taxi, and they refused. We asked for a late check-out and they also refused. It's just a temporary home, no service. I will stay again because of the price, cleanliness and location.

Kitchen was missing basic stuff, like salt, paper etc. the cooking utensils were of poor quality. Did not even have iron in the room, have to ask for it. The bed sheet had a blood spot, luckily had my own bed sheet as it was quite late night when we checked in. parking is good and over all furniture is of good quality.

Great property in a perfect location. Plenty of places to eat and drink . Just a short walk to the old town and the souks. Just be careful crossing the roads a lot of mopeds .

This was a great property in a very good location. We were a family of 4 (2 adult and 2 children 7 & 13). There was only one bed in the propert, however it did have 2 sofa beds which was absolutely fine. Our apartment was on the first floor, it was very clean with air con, full size fridge and a large TV which had Netflix and Disney, although you will need to sign in using your own account. There are absolutely loads of places to eat within walking distance. Communication with the owner is excellent and he is very helpful. Rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis if you ask for it. The only suggestion I would recommend to make the experience even better, is if there was some complimentary water in the fridge, for guest who arrive late and need to settle in. Apart from that everything else was brilliant.

Area is okay once you realise there is a shopping.

It would have been helpful to be given exact location as the name is not clearly visible on the building. The caretaker(?) showed us to our apartment, gave us the key and was about to leave when we pointed out we didn’t have bedding or a towel for our daughter. There was no information about the local area (it would have been helpful to have known that we had a shopping centre 5 min walk away).

Property is in a great location for everything, Lovely bright apartment, modern great facilities and air-conditioning. Staff helpful, although wifi not working and advised our phones were the problem, however I managed to fix it the day after arrived as lose connection in the router. Would recommend.
