Air-conditioned villa 50m from the sea in Carry-le-Rouet and its large garden with trees within the private residence "La Côte bleue" (quiet side even in summer, and very close to the seaside)

We renovated our family home built in 1970 in the private residence Parc de la Côte Bleue, with the idea of ​​preserving its old-world charm and welcoming travelers who respect the place.

120m² house by the sea with vintage charm, with 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate 6 to 7 people (3 double beds and a 120cm sofa), a living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. The vast private garden with trees (700 m2) is made up of a large covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors, and the garden with summer lounge in the shade of pine trees and large spaces for children to enjoy.

Located 50 meters from the sea, you can go swimming in 2 minutes on foot and stroll on the Blue Coast. What would you appreciate in this area ? Sun and peacefulness without a doubt (quiet area even in August!)

Welcome to the wild coves, enjoy the hiking trails with breathtaking views, and obviously, all amenities are within walking distance: water activities of all kinds, beach huts, restaurants, a supermarket.

Très belle maison idéalement située, vraiment à deux pas de la plage. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement, la télévision est un plus appréciable, et les trois chambres sont très confortables. La maison de plain-pied est pratique et bien agencée, avec une terrasse agréable à l’abri du soleil. La climatisation est un vrai atout dans le salon, mais on la ressent peu dans les chambres, car elle n’est installée que dans la pièce principale.Autre petit bémol : la plage est en gravier, ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Mais très peut de monde ce qui améliore la note de la plage.En revanche, le quartier est extrêmement calme, parfait pour se détendre et profiter pleinement des vacances. Un supermarché se trouve à seulement 200 mètres, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien.En résumé, un excellent séjour dans une maison bien équipée et reposante, idéale pour des vacances tranquilles en bord de mer.

Séjour au top

Nous sommes allés passer 5 jours dans cette villa à Carry-le-Rouet, cadre au top, à 50 mètres de la mer, au calme. Hôte très gentille et accueillante Réactive pour nous fournir une télécommande car la nôtre ne voulait plus fonctionner, malgré la distance elle nous a rapidement trouver une solution quasiment dans l'heure, bravo

Belle villa près de la mer située entre Carry le Rouet et Sausset les Pins, dans une résidence privée très calme, équipements de la maison complets, un supermarché juste à côté, un très bon accueil
