- two 40sq. m furnished and sunny terraces,

- a bedroom with double bed,
- an open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge and freezer)
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- TV, DVD player, satellite, Wifi.

Located in the 8th district of Marseille, this beautiful flat has a very practical location nearby numerous shops and public transports. The Prophète beach will be 15 min away by bike, and the Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde basilic will be 5 min away by bike (or a 15 min walk away). You will also find numerous restaurants and shops a few steps away, as well as many must-see tourist spots. Thanks to public transports, you can easily reach the historic centre of Marseille and the Vieux Port, or explore the Calanques. Finally, there's nothing better than simply strolling around, Marseille will seduce you with its many assets!
