The linens were not adequate, my daughter took a pillow to the desk to have it exchanged as the pillow case did not look clean, it may have had mold stains. The TVdid not work.

The room was much more than expected for only paying the wonderful rate from Expedia. It was clean and spacious with a huge bed. The front desk was wonderful and even found me a small step stool to get into the bed. Ha! Ha! Overall I would definitely recommend combination of the Days Inn by Wyndham in Harper's Ferry/ Charles and Expedia.

Staff was polite. Hotel has a shuttle to the casino. It is an older property. Room was clean only issue was with the tub/shower control, it was next to possible to use.

The staff was fabulous. However, I encountered a gross situation when I found someone’s dirty underwear in our bathroom. they were behind the door, which means the cleaning person never bother to shut the door when they were cleaning the floor the rest Of the room appeared clean, but that really grossed me out so I can’t give a really good review

Tub would not drain upon arrival first night, was extremely dirty. Crickets crawling all over the floor. Matress pad had stains, did not replace towels and wash clothes 2nd day, beer bottles on window outside my room every evening, lots of traffic in and out of parking lot all night long and they werent guests.Very unfriendly while checking in and out. I WANT REFUNDED!!!!

The hotel was filthy, room had not been cleaned. The room smelled awful, and the front desk gave our room to someone else even though we had checked into it. We were scheduled for 3 nights, we packed up the car and left immediately. Do not recommend!!!

Old but renovated. But doors in my room are super dirty. The heater/AC was covered with thick dust and black dots (mildew or mold?) that cold air blowing was fine but hot air smell really bad a strong sour smell I had to open up the door but it would continue blowing the strong odor I shut it off even though the night was quit cool in the low 60s or upper 50s and rained after dark last night all night People are nice especially those who have to roll up their sleeve to cover for the front desk. The worst part is: Wyndham had sent me a link for pre arrival check in. In addition to my name, address and email, it also asked me for my credit card number and photo of my ID , which after the trip, I confirmed with Wyndham on the phone they don’t ask for credit card information at pre arrival check in. Note: the hotel I stayed at doesn’t know and told me to call Days Inn Wyndham itself. Immediately after providing my credit card number and photo, I received an email from my credit card company reporting Days Inn Wyndham had charged me $1. So, their website was hijacked.
