Check in was a breeze!! Room was a bit cramped, but it was clean!! The scrolling TV guide was steadily 90 minutes behind, and the WiFi was extremely unreliable. BUT we had a fantastic stay. No "true" issues here. Thanks much!!

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good shower. Better breakfast than any other hotel I've stayed at on this trip. Convenient location right off US 340. Parking lot access is a little tricky and some of the spaces are difficult, but it is well-lit. No elevator to the second floor.

Nice, comfortable stay in Harpers Ferry. They did the essentials well, like cleanliness, comfortable bed, and water pressure. A pretty good breakfast too! A little surprised at the price (a tad higher than most QIs) but not a lot of hotel options in Harpers Ferry, and still less than a BnB

There are not too many hotels to choose from in Harper’s Ferry but for an over night stay it was okay. i don’t know how this hotel got an excellent rating. The hotel was clean but it can use a remodel. The lobby furniture and outdoor couch need to be replaced. There is no elevator so we had to carry all our things up the stairs. The parking lot is narrow and small. The hotel was full and several people had a hard time getting into a parking space. I wish we chose the Clarion down the road instead. The Clarion had a nice lobby with fireplace, restaurant, bar and lots of parking. Plus a better rate.
