Terrific beach house with views of Nantucket Sound featuring four bedrooms and two and one-half baths with central AC. The Master Bedroom has a great balcony for morning coffee with ocean views. A floor plan for entertaining with a recently renovated kitchen flowing to dining room and living room with deck. Three bedrooms on the first level each adjoin the media room. Watch television, movies without disturbing the rest of the home.

The backyard centerpiece is a new Large pool, pool patio and Hot tub with jets. Next to it a stone patio with fire pit - enjoy an evening by the fire. Come and relax in the hot tub and discover what New Seabury has to offer. Circular drive and mature plantings are the finishing touches.

There is a new two bedroom apartment added to the house above the garage. This addition is included in the rent price. If you do not need this apartment, please inquire for an adjusted lower rental rate.

This property is setup for a Saturday to Saturday rental during peak summer season.

Pool is open late May through October. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

There is no beach access from this home as it sits up high above the ocean sea level with stone protected sea wall due to the high currents in the area.

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the pool! Beach in the AM, pool in the PM! Made for a great balance for our kids families (4 young grandchildren between 3 and 7). At night, the 2 families had separate quarters in which to retire, while my wife and I had our privacy on the 3rd floor! The owner was quick to respond when needed for some minor issues!
