Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
As a multi generational trip, we decided to go with a location close to the beach and plenty of room for us to spread out. The villa was in walking (though we drove my mother for her comfort since it is on a hill) to Marina del Cantone. It was an easy location to plan excursions from, as we also booked a private boat that picked us up from the marina, and drivers picked us up on the main road for other tours. The home is about 30 or so minutes to Sorrento, and 15 minutes to the sweet and quiet town of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. The rooms were lovely, many with balcony access and each with private bathrooms. The only downside of the rooms was that we needed some drawer space to store clothes, there was plenty of hanging space, but that was a minor complaint.Breakfast was prepared daily, by the lovely Gelsomina. While we were out exploring, she tidied up the house and made things more comfortable, like putting the kids stuffed animals on their pillows and arranging a light sheet over the travel crib for our nephew.The concierge helped arrange tours, and a private chef for a special dinner one evening. Everyone was available when we had questions, even when we had trouble starting the oven. The property was clean and lush, the pool was perfect for our family and so relaxing after a long day of exploring. We loved our stay and we are so happy we chose Nerano as our home base. We got to try so many new things, it was different than a large city and a beautiful shared experience.
