The inviting living area, with comfortable sofa and armchairs and a flat-screen TV, is complemented by an adjoining dining room overlooking the garden and a large modern eat-in kitchen with access to a romantic terrace, perfect for al fresco dining with friends or relaxing during the day. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower completes the layout of the beautiful ground floor, while on the upper floor you will find 2 modern bedrooms suitable for couples, each with its own private bathroom. In the basement you will find a professional billiard table for entertaining and the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The gated villa is located along the side road of \"Via Calagrande\", in Massarosa, 10 minutes\' walk from a nice and typical Italian restaurant and 9 minutes\' drive from the coast. In addition, guests will be 14-21 minutes\' drive from the famous resorts of nearby Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of April 2025 to the 2nd of November 2025
