Never had an issue with Expedia till this reservation. When I booked our annual getaway with our grandchildren I am positive I had reserved a room for 2 adults and three children. When we arrived at the hotel they told us the limit per room was (4). They tried to make us purchase a second room. I called Expedia and they said it was the hotel policy. They could not do anything. But when I originally reserved I know I put in the proper guests. This was obviously changed without me knowing. They did send a Itinerary but I did not look at as I never had any such issue in the past.

The room was great and most of the staff were fantastic. But there was one woman who gave us a hard time for sitting in the common area. She said that it was not a public space. She also was dismissive when I asked her about my Hilton Honors points.
