Great place to stay in Matera

Needed a place to stay while working in Matera for one month. This was a great place to stay. Lots of space and comfortable. The Kitchen had everything we needed. Also, plenty of room to park our cars. Giuseppe responded quickly to anything we needed.

Beautiful Matera

House was beautiful and clean but not very “homey” or comfy. There was outdoor seating (metal chairs) to fit our large family. But no indoor sitting space No couches or comfortable chairs to spend time together inside. No living room. Just a kitchen with table and metal bar type chairs. Kitchen very sparsely furnished a few old pans - not great to cool a meal. Listing said there was a hot tub and living room, grill , and washing machine. . But none there. There was a sports court. But no balls or racquets I had to complain aggressively to get a washing machine and balls/racquets (6 kids!!) and grill which the did provide to us the next morning promptly They also said there were 5 bathrooms. There were only 4 Beds were comfortable. And only TVs were in bedrooms since no living room. So hard to gather family together indoors Location close to a few places to eat Matera was amazing so we did have a wonderful trip.

Wonderful stay

The hoast was very helpful in giving us directions to his villa. It was very nice, clean and well stocked. Close to restaurants snd attractions

Clean and modern villa in matera

The place looks very like the pictures. Clean abd modern in a quiet part of town Giuseppe is very nice and responsive (although responsive via WhatsApp could be better) Note that the place does not have a washing machine and only 3 bathrooms (it is listed with 5) There is no ac in the common space and it can get quite hot in August but other than that everything was perfect. Thank you Giuseppe!

Très belle maison qui était entièrement louée pour nous. Beaucoup de chambres pour tous. Très bel accueil. Seulement 15 minutes du centre ville de Matera. On aurait aimé en profiter plus longtemps.

Villa strepitosa a Matera

Giuseppe ci ha accolto con garbo e cortesia. La villa ha un'ottima posizione. Ottima la pulizia. La permanenza di due notti, con amici è stata veramente ottima. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Sicuramente da rifare!!! Complimenti a Giuseppe *****
