Across the street from the train station, deteriorating surfaces throughout the hallways, the elevators and the rooms! That being said, with the exceptional friendliness of the staff at check-in, the phenomenal breakfast and dinner, for free, as well as the service displayed by taking my baggage up to the room and leaving a smiley note was exceptional!! I believe for being a Solo Traveler and just stand for one night, I can put up with a lot of minutiae, for the low price for the accommodation and the tremendous amount of food morning and evening with an exceptionally courteous and smiling reception staff and food caterers I would highly suggest people stay here and ignore the oldness and and some of the areas in the bathroom some mold because equality of the dinner and breakfast is beyond belief and it is free for a small room price! Thanks staff!

4年前に2週間連泊して以来、3連泊での宿泊をさせて頂きました。感想を述べさせて頂きます。 ①バスルームはカビが目立ちました。 ②客室内は古さはありますが清掃が綺麗にしてありました。 ③エアコンは、吸込口、吹出口、回転羽全てがホコリまみれで風の出方も悪くなっていたようでした。 1月上旬に宿泊しましたが部屋が暖かくなりにくく就寝時も寒かったです。追加の毛布があったらよかったと思いました。 ④朝夕食は、スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーでなかなか美味しく頂くことが出来ました。 Wi-Fiは、以前は1Fフロント近くしか接続できませんでしたが、今回宿泊時は部屋内でも接続できるようになっており大変重宝しました。

清潔な客室：老朽化も目立ったが、まあまあ綺麗だった。値段からすれば全く問題ない。これ以上を求めるのは間違っている。唯一、大浴場が故障中だったのは残念だったが、それが故に安く抑えられているのだろう。スタッフ：気配りもでき、端的なコミュニケーションの取れるスタッフが多かった。朝食・夕食：この価格に2食つくのは素晴らしい。朝食はビュッフェ形式だった。品数も多く美味しかった。夕食は2種類から選ぶ定食形式で野菜はビュッフェ形式だった。栄養価も高く大満足。アクセス：駅やバスターミナルから歩いて1-2分、すぐ側にコンビニもあり滞在中に困ることはないだろう。

ホテルに入って受け付けの方は良かったのですが客室内浴槽ザラザラ有りカビ多い髪の毛たくさん有りそれを分かって泊まれば良いです。朝夕ご飯はホテル代の中に入っています。多分体の為には次は無いと思います。

朝食有料期間であったため、660円のビュッフェ？を利用。ご飯、ロールパン、納豆、サバ、卵焼き、サラダ、味噌汁。メニューが少なく不満。部屋は古く、壁紙は剥がれ、ベッドはへたっている。TVは小さ過ぎ、コンセントが枕元に無く不便。安くなければ泊まらない。

確かに年期の入った建物なのでそこは否めませんが、スタッフの方々も優しく立地も良くて何よりこの値段で泊まれるなんて素晴らしいと思います。駐車場を利用させてもらったのですが収納？される形なので、途中忘れ物を取りに戻るのが難しそうなのが注意でした。そして朝晩ご飯付きなのが本当に凄すぎます。どちらも定食屋さん並に品数があり美味しかったです。また松江へ行くことがあれば、またぜひ泊まりたいです！
