Super stay here for Christmas as a couple. Great location, clean amenities and friendly staff; everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant and the pool bar were lively and helpful at all times of the day offering local recommendations. Highlights: - laundry services (washing machine and dryer access) were a great touch as we were staying for a while - close to Oistins (10-15 min drive) - great gym facilities - general layout of the hotel, easy to navigate - activities organised each day along with live music in the evenings creating a nice buzz without being chaotic - splendid private beach Lowlights: - the strange business of guests reserving sunloungers at 6:30am with towels and not returning until late afternoon leaving a continuous shortage of towels for those who actually need them - would have been useful to have an introduction to the hotel services upon check-in (i.e. restaurant opening hours, gym location, laundry services, second restaurant, Deia around the corner) etc. Otherwise, would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The staff are the real gem of this place. They are friendly, accommodating, and very eager to help. The views from every room are picturesque, the food is very good, and the beach is very clean, warm, and sandy. Can't beat that!

Large rooms. Modern but the tile and doors are not updated. Clean. The bathrooms are updated. The grounds are nice. Our only issue was the restaurant messing up our food order, gave it to another table then at another time .messed up our egg order and they were very apologetic. Friendly staff. Island tour for $50 an hour. We did3 hours before our cruise. Beach was nice, soft sand but wavy. West coast hotels have calmer water. Overall a nice value for your money in a safe neighborhood. Would not recommend the barbados beach resort next door..cheaper but is very run down.

Lovely hotel and great pool area. Happy hour at the pool bar was great fun. The on-site restaurants were fabulous and served a great variety of food. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful resort, right on the beach. Rooms were very clean. No problem getting a lounger on the beach. Pool loungers- people usually put stuff on them early (very annoying). Onsite restaurant (Calabash) was very good. More food options (places to eat) would be good. Staff was nice and friendly. Smooth process with check in/out. We were on top floor. Great view but lots of stairs (no Elevator). Needs better entertainment. If you're looking for a party resort, this is NOT it.

This hotel is really lovely ... nice setting right on the beach ... lovely pool. Room was spotless clean. I give this hotel 10 out of 10 only downside is there isn't much within walking distance ie restaurants/shops. But a lovely spot to relax on the beach@

Amazing beach. Easy to get deckchair and staff bring out unbrella for you. Restaurant nice though Pizza's could be better. Really nice atmosphere and doesn't feel crowded. Nice 5k run right along beach then along quiet road to Castaway's at end (great restaurant opposite). Would prefer complementary bottle of red/white instead of bubbly. Loved the cats, friendly birds and tree frogs.

The staff were wonderful - very friendly and always willing to help if needed, great advice on areas of the island to be seen. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean and updated. We ate breakfast almost everyday at the restaurant onsite Calabash, they had a full english breakfast, french toast and omelets that were delicious. The swim up bar was fun and the other pool was great as well, with waterfalls and beautful flowers all around. The beach had plenty of chairs and umbrellas, the staff will bring you anything you need, was very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend, beautiful place and always felt safe when walking around, day or night.

I travel to Barbados every year and never stayed at this hotel. I have to say that the hospitality at this hotel is beyond excellence the only complaint I have is the fact that for me as a solo traveler I did not like the idea of my terrace facing someone else’s…they can literally look into my room from their room. The room was always cleaned and well maintained. Other than this, I absolutely loved this hotel and would t recommend it!
