Arrived 715 pm on a Friday peak summer month and no one at front desk, no map and no luggage carts. Apparently check in is after 4pm.but staff leave here at 5 pm.
Hardly an "inn"..no on-site staff. Food or amenities.
Misadvertised.... motel rooms..not cabins. 4 adjoining rooms in one building with lovely patios in pictures implying you're in a freestanding cabin. Hardly the case.
This is a motel in a beautiful wooded setting.
Electric issue..plugged nightlight into wall outlet in bathroom and motor to bathtub starts.
Incredibly overpriced. Great potential.
Needs staff 6 am to 9 pm at minimum!!
I appreciate that Inn at Mazama offers rooms for guests with pets. Only complaint is that the photo showed a bathtub in the room. But my room only had a shower. I had been looking forward to soaking in the tub after my great hike. Otherwise it was great.
The room was spacious and had all we needed. The hotel was in the quiet forest where we can see more development will come in a few years.
The owner was very communicative and we know about eatery in advance. We were there only short time but will come back if we come the area again
We didn't have much time to explore around the property. Checked in late and checked out early - but it seemed very nice and the host was very accommodative, provided us an extra bed for last minute additions.
