This property was perfect for our stay for our son's wedding. The house had everything we could want or need. The bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. Along with being pet friendly.
Our only complaints were the E Lock and customer service from the main office customer service. On Wednesday, the E Lock stopped working. After calling VACASA, we also found out there was no key in the key lock. Maintenance showed up about 3-4 hours later and a new battery was installed. However, the key was not located. Thursday was the rehersal day and we got back around 930pm and founf the E Lock was not working again. After calling VACASA, getting hung up on or losing connection, no one was helping us. Asking the same questions about checking for a key. We even suggested a local lock smith so we could get into the property to let our pets out and feed them. It took 2 hours to get a local VACASA rep to get in touch with us who had compassion for our situation. Steph was awesome. A few minutes after getting off the phone with her, and sitting in our car to keep from getting bit from mosquitos and the cold and being about 1130pm, we were able to get into the property. Steph advised us to have the lock smith make a key to the back door. Thank you Todd for getting us into the property and your quick response to our emergency.
