The house was welcoming, the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking needs and even some spices and baking goods we needed. Was great for our trip The only complaint I have was that the beds are rather squeaky, every time someone moves you can hear it lol. Overall great home with great location

Vacation with family

Overall the house was nicely furnished inside and the grand kids like the shared pool, unfortunately the home was not completely cleaned when we arrived. Laundry was still in the dryer which we had to fold and put away. The kitchen floor was dirty and the barbecue grill outside needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of grease and food wast at the bottom of the grill which caught on fire when we were using it. The photos on the website need to be updated. The photos showed a Foosball table upstairs but there were two beds where the Foosball table should have been. The photos also showed some nice bar stools but the ones that were inside the house were uncomfortable and plastic. We also arrived with the garbage cans full and plastic garbage bags outside the cans. We had to take the garbage cans and the bags to the street on Tuesday so the garbage truck would pick them up which we believe is something that we should not have had to do. With the issues that we had to deal with we think that the price of the house should have been cheaper to rent. We would not stay at the location again or rent the home again.

Everything and More

So happy with our choice! The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped for. The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings made for a cozy and livable setting. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! Great communication and very helpful when needed.

Great home for family in McCall

Location was very convenient to all activities in McCall. We had our family and everyone had their space so the home worked well. Nice patio and well appointed kitchen for cooking for a big family. Also, ample parking off the street and good storage space in the garage. We would rent this home again!

We enjoyed our stay! Large livingroom, Dining Room Table plus bar with stools. plenty of baths for showers and lots of warm water. We had 9 in our group. It is close to town for convenience but in a beautiful neighborhood, with lots of beautiful pine trees . I would enjoy staying here again!

Team review

About half of our womens hockey team stayed at the house. Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and sheets were awesome! Very nice house and we were all comfortable. (One of the twin futon beds was broken and couldn’t be slept in). Parking rule was weird. Only allowed 3 cars, but with a house that sleeps 14, we had trouble with that one. There is room for much more, but there are cameras so we were afraid we were going to get in trouble. Where were we supposed to park, if we had more than 3? This was a hard rule. Listing said there was a hot tub and a seasonal community pool. There is a community hot tub and pool. No hot tub at the house.

Roomy and Comfortable

Lovely home for a family gathering. Roomy, well stocked, clean. We especially enjoyed gathering in the large living room with fireplace, cooking in the very well appointed and arranged kitchen, and having large family meals at the dining room table. We left an item that management was very accommodating to retrieve and get back to us.

Spacious cabin

My group were golfers and they played at the nearby course. The weather was unseasonably cold so the lake was too cold for water sports. The communal pool is heated and we enjoyed it. The cabin was very comfortable.

Very enjoyable stay. Beautiful house inside and out. Kitchen was well stocked with all pots/pans/bowls/dished needed. Only caveat was the AC unit was not working correctly. So, instead of walking into a cool, comfortable house, we had a warm to hot uncomfortable first night. AC unit was fixed the next day and worked great the remainder of our stay.

One of the best properties we've stayed at

Very nice, comfortable house. Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, has A/C (which many properties in McCall do NOT have), great master suite and master bathroom. The kids enjoyed the Foosball table. We also enjoyed the other nearby amenities including the swimming pool and fitness center.

Good Cabin -- Cleanliness Issues

This cabin was a nice place for our family to stay. It was big enough for the 9 of us and was pretty comfortable. I appreciated that the master bedroom/bath was the only one downstairs. All the kids' bedrooms were upstairs with two full bathrooms. Very accommodable. The location is also nice; it's not too far from the grocery store and the center of town. My biggest issue with the cabin was the cleanliness of it. We found licorice in one of the twin bunk beds upstairs, crushed chips under the couch upstairs, lucky charms underneath a chair in the main TV room, and a water bottle and chunk of bread under the master bed. In addition, the duvet cover on the master bed was disgusting. There were several stains on it from bodily fluids--you can guess what I'm talking about. I couldn't even sit on it let alone sleep with it on top of me. So my husband and I took it off and washed it ourselves. Lastly, so many of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. I know that with a VRBO, dirty dishes are not really something that can be controlled because it's all about the people who used it before you, but it's still gross to pull dirty silverware, pots, and dishes out of the cupboards. Another odd thing was that while the kids were playing with the foosball table on our first night, they kept commenting on how unsteady the table felt. After about an hour of playing, the legs on one side completely fell off. My husband went to Ace Hardware, spent $20 on parts, and fixed the table himself. He said that it looked like it had been broken before and whoever tried fixing it did not do a very good job. We definitely left the cabin better than we found it. The last disappointing thing was that we were really excited about the year-long hot tub, and it was closed without any posted notice. One of the biggest reasons we chose this cabin over others was because of the year-long hot tub. The kids couldn't wait to get in on our first night, and we discovered it was closed because of COVID. It was not posted anywhere on the site before I booked that the hot tub would be closed. We only found out after driving the kids to the hot tub ready and excited to get in. It should be clearly posted that the hot tub is closed. With all that said, we did have a great Spring Break vacation in McCall and were grateful for the nice cabin we were staying in.

Nice property with plenty of beds & baths for a large group.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. There were several pieces of furniture (lamp table, bed, hockey table, etc.) that weren't very stable so we couldn't use the hockey table and had to be careful with some of the furniture but overall enjoyed our stay.
