It was a cute quirky little house and the host was attentive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the main sitting room was super comfortable for all the ladies to lounge around and play games, watch tv, talk or read books.
Directions for the home and use of the home were great. It was a perfect place for our group of 6 adults, lots of space to stretch out, play games watch tv and cook. The beds were comfy, plenty of blankets for our January stay. The hot tub was amazing, it was so cold out but that didnât stop us from using it every day. We had everything we needed! We will definitely make plans to stay here again.
What a fun place to stay in McCall! Such a unique and fun home in a perfect, wooded location within walking distance to everything McCall has to offer. We loved the back deck with it's hot tub and plentiful seating. Hosts were incredibly responsive. This would be a great place to stay in any season.
This was the most adorable cabin to stay in. True to the photos, but the photos miss all the perfect attention-to-details decor that we kept discovering throughout our stay. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with the most whimsical art and trinkets. We didn't lack for anything. It was so fun to relax in a hot tub at the end of the day and watch the sunset, bird feeders, and chickadees nesting in the little bird houses. Truly felt like we were in a fairytale. We had seven adults, one toddler, and two dogs and all enjoyed our stay. Astra was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back someday! It was within walking distance of town, but we also drove in and it took five minutes. I'd definitely recommend checking out the Pump House bookstore which is down the street from the church. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty.
This space was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving getaway. We enjoyed views of the mountains, lake, deer, and even a fox right from the property. It is a great distance from the center of town. The house was very clean and ready for our group of 9. Communication was quick and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay, great communication, location, and place! It's hot in the summer with no A/C so be aware of that. We would definitely stay again,
We traveled here for my parents 50th anniversary and it was a great experience. The beds were very comfortable. The house was cozzy and is equipted with everything you need. Thank you for providing us with a great place to vacation to!
This property is amazing! A bit funky and quirky and so much fun! The only minor issue was accessibility for the older members of our family with a few small and narrow staircases that were hard to manage, but we did and would not hesitate to come again in the future. Beautiful stay in a lovely quite neighborhood in a breathtaking location!!
Family and friends enjoyed a unique stay while we skied Brundage and Tamarack mountains. The kids made a sledding run in the backyard with the sleds provided in the garage, built a snowman, loved the deer that came right up to the house. Everyone took time to relax in the hot tub after days of skiing and the oversized bean bag chairs in the family room were a hit. The location was super close to town shops and restaurants. Overall the A frame home with a fire burning stove in the middle made for a cozy, joyful stay!
The pictures werenât an exact representation, our young daughters were very excited about the once upon a time room, and it didnât look the same as the photos. The hot tub was fairly dirty. I feel as if the cabin was not cleaned super well in between stays. Overall though, it was a really nice cabin, in a great location.
Had a great time at this house for a weekend with friends. Everything was clean and well stocked. The house had plenty of room for 8 of us and was cozy. We would stay there again.
Took family to McCall for vacation. Had a great week on the lake. Fun hikes. Boating. Restaurants were amazing. And loved the house. Kids loved having hot tub. And the big TV for movies.
Wow, where to begin! We were 8 altogether in the cute, clean, well furnished a-frame. Our ages are 36-86. There are stairs into the home and stairs to the 2nd floor, so for the very young and very old that is a consideration. The house was clean and fresh smelling. Bedding and towels were very nice. Extras like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and body lotions were fun to try out. The decor was woodsy, ethereal. We met up with 20 other family members in McCall. We enjoyed our stay very much.
I canât say enough how incredible this gem is. I booked for a week and had to extend my stay. I wasnât disappointed, because I could have stayed even longer! Communication with Astra was easy and I could see immediately, when I stepped into the house, the love and care that was taken to make her home inviting and special. Every detail was taken to make you feel at home. I needed a place to also accommodate my dogs and this home was perfect for them. They loved exploring the fenced backyard, and I loved spending as much time as possible in the hot tub! As it was just me, we didnât use a great deal of the house, but it is perfect for families or a group of friends; with plenty of room to settle in and be comfortable. Best of all the location canât be beat! We were in walking distance to downtown, Payette Lake, parks, and walking paths. Iâve already told my kids that the next time we take a family trip to McCall, we are booking this magical place.
Such an amazing home! It has so much charm inside and out. Extremely close to everything, super clean and best pet friendly home we've ever stayed in. The host was very communicative, which made everything so seamless. Can't wait to go back!
