One of the lobby staff was kind and room was very spacious. But shower water pressure was too low, Hvac sounds too loud, and elevators were out of order for quite long time that we need to use stairs all the way up to 17th floors with my 60+ yrs old parents.

We were very happy with our junior suite, the breakfast options, & the view. The outside parklike area from the 11th floor lobby was quite unique. The one issue was the problem with the elevators both days, but I imagine that will be repaired quickly. We will be happy to return.
